  1. Agree with this. I've had Trac vibes about him for a while.
  2. Didn't one of our brethren over in Perth once say he had a dicky knee?
  3. Who is Dee and why is she being seriously underrated?
  4. Joel Smith ran past me on my bike ride this morning, just south of Sunshine station. Hadn't realised before how tall he is. Would have been hard for him to miss the Dees stickers all over my helmet. Looks like the Dogs are training this morning. They had the roll-a-door up at the gym at the Western Oval and the tunes cranked right up. It's a gorgeous morning to be out and about before the heat sets in.
  5. How good would it be to find another Gawny though? It'd be like Joel Garner retiring and Curtly Ambrose replacing him.
  6. My long range prediction is that we'll win both the '25 and '26 flags.
  7. You're right DD. I clearly didn't think this through.
  8. I'm keen to burn down Casey Fields if your interested? Nothing to do with James Hird but if we get caught he can be our excuse.
  9. I hope it’s true about the North game. Arden St is a cracking ground to watch a game at. It’s also on my side of town.
  10. No hot dogs on sale at the Holden Centre today?
  11. Hi DJ. Is it possible that Bailey Smith leaving was more about the Dogs having a no d-head policy rather than a bad culture?
  12. How could they afford him? They're the Fremantle Dockers ffs not Real Madrid.
  13. I'm not sure I'd want Freo's picks in draft years that are compromised by the entry of Tasmania into the competition.
  14. or go all out suck on "the peter dutton elite sports centre" malfoy manor
  15. His daughter is married to Phil Spencer, who co-hosts a long running property show in the UK with Kirstie Allsopp called Location, Location, Location. I remember he did a short-lived Australian version of the show and on a Melbourne episode attended a Dees training session.
  16. I reckon the retro look works considering the location. It's also not his first rodeo which I think allows for a bit of leeway in the dress stakes. Well done coach!
  17. Or what Collingwood supporters do out of the corner of their mouths.
  18. I'm sure it's not the first time someone on here has confused parody with reality nor drivel with dribble.
  19. Give the man a Walkley award. Fabricated muckraking journalism of the highest order!
  20. Lots of players are still training over the Xmas break. I run or cycle most days and usually stop at Whitten Oval to do some stretches and I've twice seen Harmesy there with some other Dogs players doing short sprints and timed laps. Yesterday it was Tim English and Rhylee West doing the same. It's a lovely ground these days by the way and the playing surface is immaculate.
  21. If we have a good run with injuries I'm confident we'll finish top 4 and have another tilt at a flag. I couldn't care less where anyone else finishes although Pies and Blues missing finals would be nice I guess.
  22. I think I read a little while back that the person he's about to get married to is settled in Sydney with her own young family and would be staying there. That may have changed of course but doesn't his contract run out at the end of the 2025 season? If so there's been no talk of an extension yet.
  23. Same here Roost. To me it's a way of telling us he'll be a Dee without actually saying it. Didn't his old man comment (with a wink) about how good he looked in our guernsey on one of the club's insta posts a little while back too? No mention ever about how good he looked in Gold Coast's monstrous colours that I'm aware of.
