If someone complain about you in the workplace you have a right to confidentiality. This protect all parties until the matter is independently investigated. My problem with this is the way the issue are preemptively given to the media. Imagine how you would feel having untested allegations against you aired to all and sundry. If Lumuumba had complaints he should have the right to lodge them and have them independently heard so they move from allegations to findings.
