  1. Totally agree. Blighty always bang on about this. Inexplicable.
  2. That effort by Weed and Gawn pathetic
  3. There was no buzz in that quarter but you have to expect Pies to bring some intensity
  4. This game is an arm wrestle. Pies are bringing us down to their level.
  5. When someone is outside 50 metres and takes 30 second to take a shot with no chance of kicking it with a minute to go it a mockery. Totally kills the game.
  6. Just reading the game day thread. Wow some posters should have a read of the pre half time posts. Anyone would have thought we were losing by 10 goals. I understand different views but some of the bile towards Melksham; Hunt, Bullen, Spargo etc is gutter sniping. I can only conclude these posters are fickle or infiltrated Pies supporters taking the [censored]. To play so poorly and only be 20 points down was a positive. This team has gears and is never out of it. Glad I invested in guaranteed granny tickets.
  7. I saw it on fox with SCG next to our game. Just pleased game can be played. Agree with a no politics it is so refreshing to just focus on footy and shut out the worlds problems.
  8. Tigers can’t be counted out got to hope they don’t make top 4
  9. How did we lose to the Crows their getting pasted
  10. Weid no confidence but at least getting to the spot. Needs to clunk one
  11. No your not I guess the difference is there is some subjectivity to a push in the back when you handball directly out of bounce it deliberate. The second decisions so bad it removes any element of grey. Ha the AFL it was generally well umpired misses the blinding obvious that in the masters you can hit a lot of great shots but it the clutch putt on the last that will be remembered. You choke at the pivotal moment who cares about the rest
  12. For all the people conflating our performance and the appalling umpiring decision are missing the point they are two separate issues. Using that logic and we played the best game in history and were dudded then the decision matters. There is only one issue and it not cheating umpires but why are they repeatedly so scared to make a decision in critical moments in front of parochial home crowds. Just saying because we played badly it doesn’t matter just does not make sense. Tell that to Clayton Oliver who busted his gut. The decision matters because the same issue has cost three different sides wins. It smack of poor umpiring leadership where they are so micro managed they are fearful a wrong decision will see them punished. There is clearly a systemic issue here and gutless umpiring is at the heart of it.
  13. I love (c) if they paid that free kicks would double. Reckon that rule came in in the era of chivalry. What the point of a rule that not observed.
  14. Don’t mean to be smart but the rule book does not support that comment
  15. Another close game another absolute Clanger. Grundy manhandled play on. The lack of character to make a decision is amazing. It is a common thread. Not making a decision that was there is as bad as making a decision that is not there. It seem there petrified of getting it wrong
  16. Great post blows the Spargo nonsense out of the water
  17. Last time I looked this is a fan site where you can blow off steam and express a view. I am not the least interested in being told get over it. The whole point of fan sites is to expunge yourself from disgraceful decisions such as last night. This wasn’t just a bad decision it was a disgraceful one made by a squib. There I feel better already
  18. I totally agree with that summation the guy had a split second decision to make and he simply froze. Whether it unconscious I reckon that what happened and why this ump should not be allowed near a big game. Must have felt good for being applauded off for being a squib and don’t even start with HTB and Kossie. All non decisions cowered by the crowd. Pathetic.
