If someone complain about you in the workplace you have a right to confidentiality. This protect all parties until the matter is independently investigated. My problem with this is the way the issue are preemptively given to the media. Imagine how you would feel having untested allegations against you aired to all and sundry. If Lumuumba had complaints he should have the right to lodge them and have them independently heard so they move from allegations to findings. If I read it right he refused to raise or hand over the issues due to a lack of trust. If the Pies or AFL process is deficient he should target that in the media not individuals. A deficient unfair process would have significant liability for an employer. I was so certain of this game. How the Doggies with Martin/English were meant to compete defies logic. So it panned out.
