POST MATCH DISCUSSION - Round 22
Was that the one he appeared from nowhere and ripped the WCE to the ground?

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Great insight. Pay on hitting KPIs and performance, not so much potential (just my opinion). Would like to see him tear some big name teams apart next year to justify uber $$$.

Changes v GWS Giants
No change

Was the win against West Coast rigged?
Probably the fairest umpiring I've seen in ages

The Ox reaction to yesterday's win!
Tears. I had mum (Tigers) and her partner (Port) visiting with wife (Pies) watching with me. I had to leave the room after that goal.

Champion Data Must be High
This of course assumes we win 1 and lose 1. High confidence level we lose both.

Champion Data Must be High
I can see all 4 of those falling out way. First 3 pretty likely, last one iffy. Then again, in typical Melbourne style, the Bombers will beat the Tigers kicking off Leg 1 of the Circus Melbourne show, no doubt. Melbournepalooza

OhNoze! No longer linked to Melbourne!?

Gawn on SEN (15/8)
Also Inside Melbourne. Maybe they're just cool, calm, collected. It doesn't matter what I really think anyway, just a harmless opinion.

Changes v West Coat - Round 22
Whoah whoah, let's not get crazy, ese!

If we beat Meth Coast I will ...
...continue to consider Melbourne guilty until (not unless, until) proven innocent (by beating GWS) I should have just said ...remain skeptical

Gawn on SEN (15/8)
For whatever you might think of Bob Murphy, he's great on radio (and telly, presumably). I like Gawn's communication and how he comes across (a lot) but, and pardon the skepticism, it does not feel like the playing group seem all that concerned about the challenge ahead. I suppose it turns on your view of who Max is really talking to in these things (not the fans, I presume). Sounds like Pedersen's papers are stamped and it's the Weid.

POST MATCH DISCUSSION - Round 21
All good points and well-reasoned. To be honest, I'm ambivalent about Goodwin. I remain unconvinced, but time will tell. And really, I don't mind who is coaching as long as we are improving, learning, attaining new heights, reaching finals. My point really was about my level of confidence with Goodwin - from afar and again, with no connection to the club, my lay observation is we appear to be making the same mistakes fairly regularly. Now whether that's gameplan or player habits or composure, it's up to the coach to take control of that and change things. (I recognise that these things can take time to ingrain.) I'd also like to understand what the KPIs are for the coach. I.e. is it finals this year, 2019, what? I'd like to understand what the measures of success are. If nothing else, it might quell unnecessary blow ups about his tenure. Thumbs up for the response.

Apology accepted DD ?

Footy Classified 13/8
Really interesting dissection, brutal at times, especially on Lewis.

Excellent, thanks for clarifying! Very helpful!

Hogan 2018 season over with foot injury
I'm thick. Now we've got pleasantries out of the way, I'm very politely inquiring why?

Hogan 2018 season over with foot injury
Why?

Hogan 2018 season over with foot injury
For some reason I am completely unperturbed by this.
