And if I may say ... Kalani is very thin Gawn looks lean and in excellent shap Culley with the hoodie onlooks like he has walked off the set of a horror movie.

No Fritta. Hendo Laurie and Luker trained with the squad. Some light running and shots on goal. Kolt has the Classic footballers strut. Max wearing a beanie and others in hoodies. Finished with kick to kick with the kids. Melkys family dog very popular.

As an aside I was told last year that the lack of injuries/soreness associated with feet and legs probably meant we wernt trainning hard enough. Got plenty now.

In the main our kids were average. You know you are in toruble when Chandler and Fritta have drifted down to half back to help out. Scoreline at times suggested a 10 - 15 goal win for Freo so I will have that loss.
