This looked like several other games before, start well and get a lead and then fail to score for a long period. It was classic Melbourne of 2022. A very weak response when in the defensive and couldn’t get goals to stem the flow. Such a poor performance for when it mattered most. So many out of form players, need a few fresh legs in.

The only thing that has me unsure of Collingwood winning is Justin Longmuir should have a good idea about Collingwoods strategies. Different head coach now but the players are much the same and many assistant would still be there

Good news for us is that Brisbane cannot play how Sydney does

Outcoached, outsmarted and outplayed. Down 20 half way through the last qtr, Melksham misses an easy set shot, Trac misses a runner and ANB and Spargo blow and open goal. Just couldn’t get back in it. Disappointing overall result but there is still hope.
