  1. The scary thing about this is that it infers that Collingwood supporters can now use computers and mobile phone technologies.. they’re evolving- everyone panic!!! ???
  2. Richmond Collingwood game is already sold out according to MSR ?
  3. So we’re at round 26 or so now... surely given our tough draw we can be forgiven for a lapse.. this one might be harder than an actual GF. Hostile territory, a bolstered opponent, motivation from last time we beat them, a deafening crowd and.. whatever decisions get made by our favourite green maggots. I’m so very nervous about this one, but I’m still very proud of the team to have done so well!
  4. Their talls aren’t going to get enough of the ball down their end to worry about ???
  5. What a great outcome! I thought Hibbo, Jetta and Frost won it for us tonight. When it counted, when we needed them, they stepped up! Bring on the Eagles and let’s clip their wings (again)!
  6. I feel dumber for watching 360... slobbo and whately are the two most uninspiring commentators I’ve seen (I say this now given whately was good on abc grandstand). Don’t get me wrong, the production quality is there, the ‘old boys club banter’ is cleverly ignored and having Jack and Lewis on is by design refreshing. But there’s little analysis, zero insight and ultimately, only attempts at unearthing the next big grubby story. Surely they get replaced next year?
  7. In fairness to the OP, it is a good question, but let’s put this one on ice for a few weeks..
  8. Just get a plastic 3D printed one, the wands won’t detect it ?
  9. Before the game, I saw Brayshaw in the middle with a few of the lads wearing their warm up jackets. The umpires came out to the centre of the square to practice some centre bounces, and you guessed it, Razor went straight up to Brayshaw and shook his hand with a big grin on his face. I just had the feeling that we were at least, finally not going to be dictated by the system, and if we were to win, it would be on our terms..
  10. Is there a video of “all the tackles” I’d love to see this as a common feature ? i cant work out which one was my favourite: Weid on Danger or Clarry (hipnshoulder) on Selwood or, Jetta on Selwood?

Yeah he really has developed really rapidly, part of me thinks it’s the role that he just flourished into, not being wasted at HF. Either way: Gawn, Jones, Oliver, Viney, Harmes and Brayshaw is a formidable midfield, thrown in a few cameos from Petracca, Tyson and ANB and we’re truly in the “not even fair” category. This is why we dominate contested ball, this is why we get first use, and this is why we can achieve anything this year. I actually believed that Geelong was going to be harder than the Hawks. After closely watching the Tigers/Hawks game, what was really clear was the slow but steady onset of more and more fumbling due to pressure and intimidation by Richmond. This is something those listed above can continue on Friday. I think Harmes has a bright future with the MFC, just love how he gets his own ball too!
  12. Hey Cassiew! Billy was just below me too, I felt for the lad given what a win against Melbourne would’ve meant for him... but he was humble, hats off to the man! So glad I was in the presence of a fellow demon lander!!! (you weren’t in that row of 4 girls R9 were you?)
  13. Well... such a great win, plenty of heat and I was so proud that the boys got to the “stars” in numbers and held them to account for their indiscretions- Ablett you weak [censored], Selwood you weak [censored], and danger you emotionally weak individual... ever since Vince gave him a lesson, he’s never been able to deal with Melbourne pressure. (Thank you Vince for exposing this weakness). The boys stood up for each other tonight, I’m so glad I flew down, what a great win! Be afraid Hawks!!!
  14. Nibbler debut against cats in 2015 resulted in 3 goals. Hope he does it again!!
  15. Tend to agree, the ranking by @Maluski wasn’t bad either. The last 6 chipped in and held up their end of the bargain, WC and GWS are excellent examples of that, but I do agree with @Skuit, if our top six aren’t playing their part, we’re doomed.
  16. The smiling assassin. Absolute legend of a bloke. Will be missed, but his legacy lives on in a club that has now become tougher, more fierce and more respected due to his efforts on field. The weekend at Bernie’s on Dangerfield has to have been one of the most satisfying games I’ve ever seen. He really gave our players a social licence to back themselves in and make themselves accountable. Best of luck Bernie!

Culture is a real thing: it seems Adelaide’s culture is extraordinarily poor. But it’s been sustained over a number of years, how many of their guns have left since Vince?
  18. I’m on level 4 - I’m just happy to be there...
  19. Bugg is not allowed to punch the coach

Has a great fend off too, a sign of confidence in the traffic
  21. Dolla fitty- I’d still bring him in (in round 5)
  22. One question to ask is this: Can we afford not to get Gaff? I.e. can we handle another team getting him instead? I would argue that the answer is no, and I’d keep everything on the table until at such time, any prospective deal doesn’t benefit us in totality.
  23. That was the response I expected, I love Hoges, just being silly!
