  1. This is actually the Demonland forum pal, if you are looking for a gig beside Dr Phil try DrPhil.com while I get back to the football chump.
  2. Yes, he was our only player that was rag dolled from start to finish
  3. Un [censored] believable night really, just got home and about as excited as a pig in mud that’s about to mud wrestle Charlotte Theron. A few observations from this epic evening: 1. Viney... just attacks everything almost in Melbourne like on past culture but this side is not a Melbourne side of the past, its a new unsociable never give up team, Viney is the flag bearer of that change and I am loving the ride 2. Weideman looks better every match, looked like he was going to be ok but could actually be mega 3. T-Mac killed them in the air, huge aerial threat throughout 4. Spargo, Melksham & Hannan did some super things, made a few errors but both brought great forward defensive pressure which was one of the key differences between the two teams 5. Brayshaw took a nice grab and slotted a couple of nice set shots but was easily beaten in every contest, just doesn’t look to cut it physically at this level 6. Hibbo, Frost and Jetta and superb in defense 7. Harmes super forward/defensive running yet again 8. Tyson just looks off the pace 9. Melbourne V Hawthorn crowds are normally quite civil affairs yet the moron in the Hawthorn jumper sitting behind me tonight was close to copping a left hook 10. Clary looked angry, specially the first quarter every time I looked for him he was on top of a different Hawk 11. The bald guy that looks like Paul Keating who seems to umpire all of our matches makes some bewildering decisions All in all a great night and the sky is the limit.
  4. Vanders- coming along superbly Brayshaw - Abysmal by foot
  5. Always had extreme leg speed but sadly his body hasn’t stood up to the rigours of AFL football, extremely frustrating I would imagine when you are as good an athlete as this chap.
  6. Reports today suggest this mofo tested positive for Cocaine...? Somebody please tell me there is something else involved here because cocaine hard strikes me as being a performance enhancer in anything on the football field though I accept it may be useful in other areas.
  7. Actually the broad in the article looks quite tidy, I approve of all of this.
  8. This is the same Chris Judd who appeared at a tribunal hearing after gauging some guy in the eyes and told us all he had been watching a Steven Segal movie the night before and was going for the pressure points. Joke..
  9. Every week it seems the AFL sticks its nose into some social issue nobody actually going along to watch the game even cares about varying from rainbow round to culture round, indiginous round, retro round and last week it went with some sort of minority religious group round. Well knock me over with a hamster- its the final round of the year and the theme is blank! I was throwing around a few ideas at the local last night with a few fellow sharp thinkers and sticking with the minority religious idea we came across a marvellous idea for this weeks round, make round 23 a recognition round for a small group known as the Demon worshippers, with our club called the demons and a big ass demon on our logo our match would be the perfect place to showcase such a theme. The Demon worshippers appear to be an underground group who dress a little Gothic are I realise some would be put off by the idea of their rat sacrificing rituals but there has been several Melbourne councils complaining about a rat invasion in recent times so one could argue that this group is in fact doing a community service. Well there you have it a simple recognition round reaching out to another minority group and gives them a reason to love big Gil and the AFL like all of their other beneficiaries of the AFL’s weekly social engineering initiatives. Good idea, ok idea or fantastic idea?
  10. Not bad Joeboy probably a little nice to OMac and Brayshaw on the day, the Eagles were playing through Oscars man when they got back into the game and Brayshaw is still a poor decision maker.
  11. That, he was getting Melksham and Hannan mixed up too
  12. 6. Harmes 5. Jetta 4. Hannan 3. Oliver 2. Melksham 1. Petracca
  13. Has become a fantastic player. Huge part of our clubs future.
  14. Loved the way the boys fought back once the Eagles took the lead and had the momentum, we would have folded right there in previous years. A few observations: 1. How on Earth does Harmes control their best mid and still attack the other way, you are a gem. 2. Salem was disappointing for the first half of the year but now has a more physical approach and refuses to be easily knocked off the ball, much improved. 3. Weideman is going to make it, still early but getting closer 4. Welcome back Melksham 5. The channel 7 commentary is totally shite, several times they were calling the wrong player Well first part done but we aren’t finished!
  15. The word early on was that an ex footballer Earl Spalding was the goal kicking coach but in recent days I have heard that we hired a South American handball star called Ikant kikforshit so not totally sure which one it is now.
  16. You should give the Hawks a go pal they are generally thereabouts, no idea where their forum is but go find it and don’t let the Demonland door hit you on the ass on the way out.
  17. Were you at the snow for the first couple of months of the year when Hogan would of been leading our B&F pal? Form has slumped but we now know what he can do.
  18. Quarter one was stock standard, 2-4 were finals like and that’s where the better players shone through. 6. Harmes 5. Tmac 4. Frost 3. Jetta 2. Petracca 1. Gawn
  19. Disappointing in that is was another match that we lost rather than our opposition won, you have to kick goals to win matches. Having said that we are very close right now, the first quarter was very stock standard home and away but quarters 2,3 & 4 were finals like in intensity and our inexperience compared to the swans showed, the cream did rise to the top and our coaching crew will learn a lot today from those three quarters. A few points that stood out: A. Harmes is now close to top shelf, sensational effort today B. Why do we keep getting Paul Keating umpire all of our games? C. Spargo had a mare, needs more time at Casey D. How the hell were there so many Swan supporters at our home game? E. Jetta won’t appear too high on the stat sheets but does all the hard stuff F. Frost, good effort, made Frankie earn easy kicks in non dangerous places and is rock solid 2018 is far from over.
  20. And what if the Aliens had landed and actually abducted him?
  21. Yes the Roos are putting 5 mil up this time.
