  1. He played this to a tea Clarkson, he knew full well they didn't want him and said all the right things about fulfilling his contract. Played them like the fiddled and recieved his full payout from the Hawks. Game, set, match, Clarkson. This has Pep Guardiola written all over it, this has been 3 years in the making got his Fitness Guru Andrew Russell to leave and set things up at Carlton. Build the players fitness levels to a certain standard and he'll come in and reap the rewards when im finished at Hawthorn. Teague all along has been a stop gap for the eventual arrival of Clarkson.
  2. Fair enough, agree to disagree Daz.
  3. If this is to happen, has to be a 1st rounder. Take the pick while we can. We do have a bloke called Jackson waiting to blossom.
  4. He would be a great addition to our program, would not say no at all to this proposal. Must be some truth to it if Brad Hardie has been rattling off all these other developments at the Pies. Doesn't his old man play a role down at the Scorpions?
  5. +80 this is an absolute [censored] outrage. I had know idea it was this high. #FML Get that [censored] trending on the socials Dee fanatics.
  6. Couldn't see Geelong doing this with the age of their list.
  7. I'm on board with this line of thinking O.G, I had an inkiling this was happening but not to the detailed extent you have laid out. Is this all your own analysis? Makes sense why all our pressure players and F50 pressure has evaporated and our input is down. Maxy not covering the ground, Tmac looking sluggish, kids Riv, Action, Kosi, Jords all down on input classic signs of increased training loads. Great work O.G?
  8. I feel sick watching too Lay.
  9. They dont miss these mongrels. But Richmonds pressure is shocking a shadow of there former selves.
  10. We lose 5-10 percent with no crowds in attendance. Our record is shocking.
  11. Our back half game work, stoppages inside F50 and clearance work was garbage tonight. Dogs much cleaner tonight in the wet conditions. Alot to work on eg. Goal kicking accuracy set shot and on the run, thought BBB grew into the game and became a target inside 50. JV had moments along with Kosi, Clarry and Trac. Hunty impressed me with his attack on the ball. Not good enough tonight energy was lacking, we will gain some learnings from this result. I did notice that no hard tags were applied like the last game eg. Libba, Daniel, Bont. Trac or Gawn didn't spend time fwd. Dogs played their best possible game tonight good for them, lots of cards kept up our sleeve. We will see in September.?
  12. Those 2 fwd stoppage goals for Bont with all the time in the world were unforgivable from Harmes.
  13. BBB use to have a slower run up i feel he's approaching his kicking motion with too much momentum and not enough rhythm. This fiddling around with the ball in his hands is messing with his ball drop back to basics BBB.
  14. Goody and brains trust to coach well tonight but to maintain a psychological advantage over these mongrels. Most importantly not to reveal any new methods or systems that may not have been seen previously. Play BBB into some forms won't go astray either.
  15. I respect your wishes and thoughts OD, stay safe and enjoy your family.?
  16. OldDee lift the spirits up mate, things are [censored] atm but were playing for a premiership for hell or high water. Don't let it get you down too much, we'll all get through this. We're playing the Dogs prime time Sat night stay up and about.
  17. The AFL's finest hour giving us two games in Cairns' monsoonal weather. They couldn't give a toss about us last year.
  18. Unfortunately for Trapper he was all one way, when he was hot he was white hot, his foot skills would have been a dream in our line up no doubt. When he wasn't he was a liability, didn't tackle or apply any sort of pressure this all has to be put into the equation. He wouldn't have had half the work rate without the ball of the modern wingman ala Langers or Gussy could you see him dropping into holes and protecting our defence? No chance. As for Jeff White he was a premier ruckman in his time and i just couldn't see him taking the mantle off Gawny as our figurehead. As for Action yes currently Jeff is granted a better ruckman than what Action is at this point in time, but thats not his major role in the side. Jacko is our 2nd ruck who spends around 20-30% of a game time in our forward line something Jeff never did much of. Plus Action is excellent below his knees once the ball goes to ground and his agility around the contest is also a major weapon.
  19. You really can't compare the 2 sides, only a handful of players would make our side today. (Neita, Davey, Green, Bruce, Wheels and Yze. Robbo and Jmac unlucky.
  20. Would explain the performance last night, saving themselves for the Dogs.
  21. I can't be overly critical of the total performance tonight but it is abundantly clear the need to correct our mental application and physical application to our goal kicking. G.Stafford and the crew need to get creative in regards to our discussions going forward, but no doubt has to be addressed in the right way. No need in creating a bigger problem than it is, the players know they aren't performing this aspect of the game. Maybe another camp fire setting and a relaxed discussion over a couple of spring waters.
  22. Do they want anything else? Throw in some shares in bitcoin and Tesla too. Bunch of entitled flogs.
  23. I'd love to see the break down of 3 game memberships and pet memberships throughout every clubs membership numbers. I reckon the true numbers would stack up against the Hawthorns, Carltons and Essendons of this world. Hawks are renowned for their pet turtle memberships.
  24. What a fantastic achievement in a covid affected year astonishing really well done to everyone involved with the MFC.?????????????
  25. The boy is a star full stop.
