I think Melissa would have been wise to leave any messaging until the heat had gone out of the announcement. I think its best now that she doesn't comment any further to save herself from any more scrutiny on the matter. How have we stuffed up? We might actually end up with more. If we end up dealing with W.C it will be pick 2, 20 and maybe something else. For a pick 3 i would do the trade again and again. Lets keep this very direct and too the point, numerous posters have laid it bare and it rings true. We paid the price for not rewarding the Casey players form this year. Players were playing injured throughout the year and not properly rested and rehabed. In game tactical manoeuvres were not executed, our F50 connection absolutely non existent, generally utter rubbish really. The only positive this year has been Casey. The MFC has failed miserably this year and the Coaches and Fitness Department have to accept what they have coming to them.

This isn't going to help.

We looked busted after half time again. What has happened to our footy club in the space of 3 months. Complete and utter failure. Players obviously not the same after injuries this year, did we go too hard in our prep? Players looked completely burnt out. Or not hard enough? Questions must be ask.

Made me sick. The thing is though he played 5-6 game in 2019 and played well and still didn't have a contingency plan after Tmac went down in Round f'n 10. That's the hardest thing to digest.

Our Fwd pressure had completely evaporated in the 2nd half of the year. Team had stopped our front clearance game, we've had no run out of our backline, our forward connection and Structure went out in R10. A combination of many things has brought us to this point and its a horrible feeling. Players with no bounce in there step really a hard watch going fwd.

The coaching panel needs a freshen up, Greg you have been great but if he is still fwd line coach in 2023 well we might as well pack it up. Petty should have been put at CHF at the start of the 4th Joel Smith should have been activated and put down back take off whoever. No friggen imagination what so ever not wait until the last 5 minutes FFS. Goody Its going to be a long summer.

The AFL pretty much buried us this year with the draw we were given. What i don't understand is the simple draw to success those feral trucks down the highway have been given. Gawn, Salo, BBB, Lever, Riv, Jacko, ANB, Harmesy, Spargs etc. i could go on after R10 never the same. No Forward structure for weeks and we leave it till the last 5 mins to try something different. No key marking fwd for Half a season, i have an idea though lets through Petty fwd in the last 5 minutes and see what he can do and what do you know he takes a contested mark and kicks a goal. I actually thought there would be more benefit in Tmac playing against Brisvegas, a more competitive hitout against high quality opposition. In listening to Goody he is convinced that if we win through Tmac will be selected if all is well on Friday night. Reasons for holding him back we will never know but bet your bottom dollar Feral scouts will be out in force watching his every step for Casey. This might have been the plan all along get to the Prelim and unleash T-shirt Tommy.
