Straight from the 80's Hollywood film playbook. -
It would send a shiver down the spine of the Bulldogs and the rest of the competition.

I wouldn't be bring back Bennell any time soon adds zero defensive pressure to our line up eg. tackles, harassing etc. Needs another full pre season under his belt.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BRAYDON PREUSS

His stocks have gone through the roof with Saturday Twilights performance, would expect to be handsomely rewarded with a nice early 2nd rounder if he were to be traded. -

Good read, has a bit of time on his hands? -
He's Baaaaaack He's a Demon 4 life.

We win the next 2 and anything is possible. Go Dees.

Melk and Weed are the keys to our Forward Structure. -
Tmac was good today played his role well, Might be an idea to rest Gawny for 1 more week to be cherry ripe for Saints. No change for mine unless there are niggles.

POSTGAME: Rd 12 vs Collingwood

I know the last 3 games have been against teams coming off 4 day breaks but we have done exactly what we should have and absolutely torn them a new one. Continue on this path lads and continue the awesome connection into our F50 in the coming weeks. Go you mighty fu#$*&@ Demons. -
The Swans have pretty much taken the Ferrari keys right out of GWS hands, tied a red ribbon on them and ditch them in the Dees direction to take advantage of the opportunity to floor it into the 8.

Phark! Surely Pruessy has to come in and run through Grundy.
-
Phark!

I hope he plays Pendlebury because he will tear his quad again, worst injury to overcome just ask Jonesy. Took him 6-8 weeks to recover.
-
So Mason Cox in the Ruck then????
-
We have sufficient cover in this department and we have shown on numerous occasions we can cope without Max. Give the great man the rest he needs, why would we rush him back at this junction of the season? I agree with posters suggesting 1 game in a 12 v 12 scratch match isn't enough for Pruessy to come back just yet. Was quiet happy with the way Tmac and Action worked in tandem.

Didn't Papley want $800-900k from Carlton last year? He's not worth that money. We are near our cap and got players wanting new contracts. He'll go to a club who don't give a toss about their payment structure and their future list mangement like Ess or Carlton.

Oliver - From Butcher to Baker
YesitwasaWin4theAges replied to Engorged Onion's topic in Melbourne Demons
We need scalps Werridee, Saturday arvo would be a good start. This will be the third team we play of a 4 day break so not willing to put us into the Contenders category just yet. -

Absolute poetry when on song Clarry, the criticism will make him a much better player. He's kicking like a surgeon performing procedures at the moment precise and measured. Keep up the form Clarry. -
Wallace: Dees Stunted Weideman’s Development
YesitwasaWin4theAges replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
He's here now enjoy him for the next 10 years, he has earnt his place now. Hipwood had no competition in his first few years as a lion they were a basketcase. Weideman has had to serve his apprenticeship under Hogan and Tmac also gotten over injuries, he's better for it he's now the main man. Just improve your set shot kicking Weed that's all, we love you. -
Dunny will be looking to play the game of his life on Saturday. Should expose them in the air with Rough out. Would be better to see Moore go to Weid closer to goal, don't need him higher up the field clucking marks. Gawn should dominate Grundy, he is look very sluggish around the ground, he should be fresh as a daisy. Another 4 day break for the pies expecting us to run them off their legs in the 2nd half.

I would like to wipe that smug look off that Taylor Adams' noggin would absolutely love it come Saturday that skidmark.
