Thats what i did, I added it to Google pay which is equivalent to Wallet, with ticketek you could share your ticket with someone else and add their phone number and the ticket was passed on. With this new system it seems as though this method has not been added to the interface of the app. Below it has the Forward option and the Sell option but you can access them for some reason so i ended up taking a screenshot and passing it on that way.
