When we are looking at loosing Neitz, White, MacDonald, Yze, Whelan, Holland. Alot of experience will be lost. I don't know how M.F.C plan is to replace these sort of players. I think we need to develop all our younger players to Senior level. We have to have a bad year so we get more Quality draft picks

Replace Davey with Valenti 5. Moloney into Mid field. 6. No long Kicks to one on ones. We dont have anyone strong enough to take a strong grab 1-1 unless going to Neitz in goalsquare. 7. Dean Bailey does some stupid things, Neitz should be in the goal square all day, Miller should be sent to Sandringham permanantly. Bruce is underdone. Our game plan is woeful. Full back will be determined by what player lines up there, it won't be a permanent position for one player. Most of our backmen are capable but we need to focus on stopping the ball getting delivered easily and accurately into the opponents forward line. We will need alot more pressure and chasing from our Half Forwars and Midfielders. This will then make our Backlines job a bit easier

10 years is enough time in my eyes, if he can't get consistent by now he never will be. Id rather a younger player like Nathan Jones running round in our midfield rather than a yo-yo in johnno. I think it was a great decision by the club. TJ is a second rate midfielder and he will have trouble getting in Brisbanes midfield. He must be pissing in his pants realising he will be coached by Leigh Matthews. It will definately be a shock to the system when you are used to Neale Daniher being your coach your whole career

Maybe they don't have the patience or the resources for player development. They'd rather have a gamble. They will need experienced players in the near future theres a few player close to the end of there careers

He is not our best player. He plays a couple of great games a year. Real midfielders do that week in week out. He is a poor midfielder compared to the rest in the comp. He is a second rate Mid fielder, He is not in the class of Judd Kerr Cousins Burgoynes, Mitchell, Hodge, Ablett, Bartel, Goodes, Kirk, Black,Goodwin, Thompson, West, etc, etc.......... His midfield days are over! throw him on a WING Bailey. Leave the Midfield to McLean, Bruce Green JMAC and Jones.

He needs a good summer in the gym like alot of the MFC. They have to toughen up. I think the MFC's better seasons came from Troys Broadbridges death, they played with spirit as a team, that all seemed to have faded away this season. Injuries did play a part in our poor season but I don't think we improved over the summer like other clubs. I dont think we had the right mentality either

They don't need him, They have Priddis, Kerr and Cousins. TJ wouldn't even keep up with them at training

Pre substance days? The only person that knows that is himself and those days could have ended ten years ago or maybe two. The only person that can fix this problem is himself. If he wants to continue his career at another club he will If he wants to remain clean he will If he wants to gain back some respect he can. Everything is up to him, He can turn this all around, maybe win another Brownlow or help a side to a Premiership. Cousins is worth just as much as Judd on the playing field and would be a great component in any club. There are substance users in every club so I wouldn't be too hard on him, at least he had the guts to deal with his problem. I hope he get the opportunity to redeem himself as an elite footballer if he is committed. But I think he will stay at WC and try win another Premiership for Mainwairing. He has got something to play for and this will make the Eagles play some very spirited Football next season.
