Bucks is the Mark Waugh of the AFL. Does absolutely nothing for 5-6 games in a row, then pulls something half decent out of the bag to give himself more time on the big stage. Rinse and repeat. I mean, it's good for football that Bucks is coaching the Pies as they'll never win anything with him, but he's terrific at winning that one game that keeps him in a job for 10 more weeks.

Ideally you would want Weideman in that role but he may need a few more games to get his match fitness up. Kent is almost on his last chance here. He can bring a bit of X-factor to the side on a good day, but his bad days can be very bad. Here's hoping he can make a positive contribution on Saturday!

He was also nowhere to be seen against the Lions as well. I think he only had 6 touches from memory. If he's dropped then it's a fair decision. I'll be interested to see who gets the nod to replace him.

I think us playing well correlates with our half forwards have a positive impact on the game, both on the scoreboard and with the pressure they provide with locking the ball in our forward line.

See, this is simply not true. People who want to push this idea are way off the mark. However, so are those who think Watts will be a super acquisition for Port. Bottom line is that he will provide for Port what he always provided for us over the last few seasons - a couple of ripping games, some good ones, some average ones and then a few absolute shockers.
