Yep he was never going to kick many today. I didn't see Watts as a deep forward once, he worked up and down the outer wing most of the day. I love the way he finds so much space and always seems calm and collected, makes excellent decisions. I dont know who I'd compare him to?? Maybe and taller and better version of Cam Bruce..

Given how bad our forward line Is at the moment Id say anyone of Newton, Robbo, Watts, Jurrah should be considered. Petterd, Cheney, Dunn, Valenti all did well today also.

I totally agree mate. I also went to the game and thought he was good, moves well, always has time and used the ball very well. I honestly cant believe people making these comments and didn't even see the game haha

I not buying this Watts isnt ready crap anymore. He's finished a 10 week training program and Is playing some decent footy at Casey. Yes I realise he has school but so did Morton last year and he played most of the year.

Id like to see this forward line Maric Newton Robbo Watts Bate Sylvia Next season I'd be hoping Jurrah and hopefully Butcher could take Newton and Robbos spot.

This coming Tuesday It should be past at a council meeting.

This year has been Cols best yet. Some of his bursts of play this season have been fantastic, better than we've ever seen from him. Also he's closing the gap between his good games and bad games. Dare I say It but he's playing like he wants to be a leader of the club. Are we seeing a mature Colin Sylvia?

I would think Bailey still wants to have a look at a few more. Watts, Bail, Straus, Jurrah etc... Add that with injures and maybe some smart team management to receive the PP I dont think we'll have a week of no change.

I would assume we'll still use Casey during the Summer and use the new facilities at the Docklands during the season? During the summer the Docklands facilities will be used by the public? I'm not sure what happened to having facilities with in the MCG? Maybe the MCC didnt like that idea. This Is how I read it.. Who knows but Ill trust Jimmys doing the best thing for the club.

I'd rather 1-2 months than a court case with Etihad that could drag on for a lot longer. At least Its a positive that things are coming along.

I dont know If anyone else heard on SEN today the representative from the state government but apparently the AFL and the MCC are not to far off an agreement. Given the AFL knocked back the MCC last offer which would have netted us close to an extra million a year Im hoping we get a decent deal out of this. Also It was said the state government was acting as a peace maker with the AFL and MCC but has nothing to do with Etihad. I guess we could see ourselves with a decent deal before to long but the poor old roos and dogs will have to wait.

Id like to see Grimes as well but he didnt do alot for Casey yesterday. I wouldnt mind giving Bail a run or one of the macs?
