The only thing that changes at this club is the names and faces. Say what you like, this is a loss that no team going places has.

The replacement coach is ultra critical because by the end of the Roos coaching term, at best e will have created the gameplan for success and attained the players to execute that gameplan. I have said it before I think only 5 players on the list are untouchable currently.

The psychology aspect cant be underated at all. Top of our drafting agenda needs to be talent and a pathological hate of losing

A Demon fan growing up he gave teriffic service for a large part. Seemed losing and new regiemes got to him in the end. Still remember him belting out the song in our victory at Geelong in 2005. Great passion in those days.
