  1. 3 Saints defenders couldn't stop Trac or the ball going over the line. Incompetent at the upmost - move on
  2. Proposed (actual) list sizes next year doesnt help. No outright to Dom and Dunn, though appreciate the service. Watts is intriguing as he is skillful, then again laconic so it would take approx .5 games of him being back for DLand to blow up.
  3. I agree, Chunk wont push to go on if he feels he is gifted games. That saidJones has carried the team for so long, if the right talent is around him and he is fit and mentally ready, it would be great to see him hit 300
  4. Dogs result puts us back in the finals picture. Got a good feeling
  5. As covered by others, seems like he may have challenges in team environments. We dont need that
  6. played our GF 2 weeks in a row V Hawthorn
  7. This kid leads up well and would create real scoreboard pressure - to the backline he goes. Modern coaching, i dont get it
  8. Not that i want to start a sack the coach view - however this is a constant perspective and most damming assessment - no plan B. in my experience plan A alone works no more than 25% of the time with an average line-up - 50% if you have a premiership contending line-up and 66% if you are elite.
  9. His wine preference
  10. Exactly. Im enjoying the current form however fear it will no last - life as a Dees fan hey!
  11. Concur - if we are focusing in on making finals and making noise in the finals, then keep the same group with Max as you say. Rivers will be a long termer for us, Bennell has already paid his 2020 bonus and Mitch is great depth. Only if injuries strike for mine
  12. probably not much to report - either stationary bike or running laps - maybe on a big day both. if list sizes are cut all but Hore would be in trouble. Hore has shown he can play AFL level
  13. Pies i think get us with their pace and outside run. Should neither Treloar or HE play, this will assist immensely
  14. It is interesting, potentially he got the bad rap by spraying some possessions in games when the spot light was on us. certainly looked quick and fit yesterday. I wouldnt under-estimate the role of confidence
  15. Lets hope he is still being conservative - get through 2020 and blow-up in 2021
  16. Has dealt with captaincy demotion, hubs, newborn and seems to be over foot issue (including reducing muscle mass). Loving his season and no doubt he still bleeds red and blue.
  17. Take the week off Goodwin - May can play/coach this week. In other news, the Demonland clock tells me on 5 days and 7 hours until the next game. Surely we cant lose to the Crows - errrr......
  18. Sorry im not following things as closely as i once did - why isnt Harmes playing run with roles. Seems like in this case, maybe others, we are trying to be too smart by half
  19. Zones are exposed the wider the field. It stands to reason the less width of a stadium, the better the zone will work and the quicker teams are hurt on the turnover. Whilst we play zone, im happy to never play at the MCG again
  20. He, Hannan and Weid - when firing completely changes the complexion of the forward line. Loved his game on Sunday
  21. Oliver gets marked highly - that comes with being a genuine contributor since day 1. Trac has the higher upside and isn't it good to see it in action. Fingers crossed they peak at the same time
  22. 100% agree, over professionalised and over coached. Still at least last round a number of team were determined to take the game on. I miss the Hakeem, Robinson, Shaq, Ewing, Mutombo, Daugherty, Mourning days (yep im sounding old)
  23. Lockhart keeps getting picked so he is playing a role so stays in. TMAC is in our best 22, if he is at his best, which he is not so no need to rush in when Jackson and Weid worked well.
  24. Most impressive signs I have seen from him yet - here is hoping
