I'm not too concerned how many BB kicks. I think he'll be a bit rusty. What it should do is let Fritsch off the leash now. He was slumping but really got his touch back last week, if he can continue without having three blokes swarming him like last week due to the fact they're going to have to man up on Benny, we should hopefully get some more "connection". God I hate that term. Go Dees. Underdogs again.

Yeah I mentioned this in another post. Almost without fail every week our captain gets a cowards punch to the back of his head. Usually hard enough to put him on the ground. Never a free....they're just trying to spoil and obviously it couldn't be chopping the arms because you know, he got punched in the head not the arms. I do worry about his long term safety and the fact the punches will get harder come finals time. I could just see a concussion rule him out through a dog act that won't even get a free paid let alone a suspension. The commentators will just say "He made him earn it hahaha"

Completely agree. They can work out whatever strategy they like to beat us but if we apply pressure and don't let them execute, turnovers happen and we win the ball back. The amount of times there were a ring of GWS players circling a contest while our blokes stood back on the weekend was worrying. And ... Our forward structure and delivery is screwed. And ... The forward pressure which is such a big part of our "brand" has gone off the boil.

Yep, First goal to Toby Geene early on Saturday was a freebie from Margetts (no. 6 yeah?) Greene straight armed / open palm directly to Hibberds face, ball went loose, Greene picked it up and dropped his knees as he was being tackled by us and pulled a "professional free" as the comentators called it. Should have been holding the ball against but you know, why not give GSW one early to get 'em rolling. I know umps make mistakes but dead set, he was right there.

Yep Brown is in for sure. Hardly any game time. Melksham did a lot of bench time too I believe. I'd say they are the two ins.

What the one where he smashed Hibberd in the face, collected the ball and then dropped his knees to the ground to pull a high free kick in front of goal? Naaah, the commentators said it was "a wonderful professional free kick." I thought Hibberd did a great job too.

Ben Brown got benched early in the vfl game last night. FINALLY! they must be bringing him in for Thursday's game. Hope he gets a really good run at it. Also gotta say Petty is getting better and better each week. I hope the backline holds together through to the finals because we're rubbish without them at the moment

TMAC works hard up the ground, clunks the marks and then wheels around to kick to......? Ben Brown has to come in. Fritsch can hold his head up. A really good return to form. That was a clear mark in front of goal early in the last quarter that wasn't paid. (thanks ump no. 6) Our forward line is as functional as the National Party. The amount of times I watched blokes in front of goal getting in each others way was distressing. Thank god for our wall down back. Hunt and the rest of them were probably told at the last break to hold that forward entry until they were certain they had the right option. He busted his guts. Twice that he was penalised in the last he actually did hand pass it off but was penalised anyway. (thanks ump no. 6 again) Our captain was punched in the back of the head and went down again (thanks mummy). Our team needs to start being a bit more grubby IMHO We can't keep expecting to win games by playing one quarter of football. Our midfield sucked.
