  1. Not everyone. He's an ok player however I doubt that he'll ever get anywhere near the elite level
  2. hehe, I was wondering how long it would take for him/her to realise.
  3. ABC would be great except for Drew Morphet, he's the only reason why I don't listen to them all the time
  4. On that performance I'd have him in front of about 5 or 6 of his teammates.
  5. Last time I checked the u/18's were considered to be junior level. fyi of course.
  6. I don't mind that Cale isn't dominating this year, with his build it was always going to take a season or two for him to fill out, however at pick 4 I'd expect him not to be a 'project' type of player.
  7. He clearly hasn't lived up to his reputation this year, so your comparisons are way off. Cotchin had a poor champs but for the rest of the year he was superb You missed the point. Rich has a reputation of getting through just on his ability and strength and not working hard enough to improve his game, this reputation has not being isolated for just this year. Sure, but his performances in the champs so far haven't been that of an 'elite midfielder', there are others who are clearly in front of him. Wow, that's some ground breaking info you have there, you can't pick a Rich type player up at number 70. Why do people on this site consider Naitanui a risk but Rich is definitely a sure thing? To alot of people Rich has already demonstrated a lack of willingness to push himself to the next level and just to rely on his ability, he could very easily end up being another Colin Sylvia, dominated at underage level because of his build but just goes at senior level. To suggest he's not a risk is just being plain stupid, and he isn't even that quick - just what we need, yet another one paced midfielder This is all [censored] though because with the number one pick you always go for the best available kid, not go for someone merely because he plays in the best position.
  8. Does anyone know if we qualify for a PP pick this year and also next season will the pick be before the new team's selections?
  9. How do you explain Dunn getting a game?
  10. It seems the Rich bandwagon has run out of puff.
  11. 100% spot on
  12. Exactly, for McLean to blossom he needs assistance in the middle.

    Woey?

    Sweet chilli. That's nice.

    Woey?

    Yeah I did sorry
  15. I'm happy just for Grimesy to ease back into footy this year and perhaps play a couple of games with Sandy, then next year concentrate on building his fitness level up and playing some consistent games, let's not burden him with greatness just yet.
  16. No mate I wasn't referring to yourself and I apologise if you thought I was.

    Woey?

You miss my point, Woey has demonstrated time and time again that he talks first before thinking his actions through, I'm not sure someone of his level of intelligence would be of great benefit to a club in our position. Even as recent as last weekend he was making comments about 'barracking for Collingwood', he is hardly a Melbourne man like Stynes, Greg Healy, Gary Lyon etc.

    Woey?

He did his best to publicly ridicule the club at any opportunity he had while he was at Collingwood, how quickly people forget.
  19. Their membership are over 30k, that's a 20% increase but they're still averaging around 27k for their hoem games.
  20. North has proved this to be incorrect

Apart from his poor disposal, lack of being able to read the play and isn't good at one on one contests I think he goes ok.
  22. Yea, I agree. Injury prone and no lateral awareness, far too expensive to land, next.

Look, I don't think that Frawley is going to be the absolute champion that alot of people here have annoited him as but at this stage I'm happy for him to get as many games as possible. The fact is that we need to fast track as many KPP's as possible so who knows with some experience and a bit of confidence he may develop into a player.
  24. You're what, 19 y/o? I presume that you're not married with several young children and trying to pay off a $300k home loan, living on your salary from week to week dreading the next time the car or home insurance is due, or wondering how you're going to cope if thigns continue as it costs $80 to fill up the car at the petrol station. Thankfully I'm not in that position but there are a hell of alot of struggling families out there doing it tough and it pisses me off seeing young arrogant pricks who have probably come from a wealthy background make pathetic generalisations about somethign that they have no idea about. Some poeple don't buy footy memberships because they can't afford them, it doesn't change their love for the jumper.
  25. What amazes me is that there are people who post on this website who truly believe that we have a top 4 quality list...
