Accuracy
That's what happens when you hire a fox footy boundary rider/joker in Ben Dixon for a goal kicking coach. And don't they also have Danny Frawley in as a a part time defensive coach? Seems like a bit of a farce down there.

Make sure you're all using the faster ladder predictor. Can do each run within a minute or two. https://predictor.squiggle.com.au An intersting function at the top of the main page screen is How many % people are tipping each team. https://squiggle.com.au 73% have us beating Sydney, 55% have West Coast beating us and we're currently 63% beating GWS

What did McLure have to say about it? Actually scratch that, he has nothing relevant to say about anything. ?

Run home to Finals - 2018
We can win 1 and finish 9th. Depends on how the other games are predicted, obviously.

Jared Polec
There was a 20 page Hamish Hartlett thread while back, at the time he was the only gettable Port player worth chasing. Polec is a bit of an injury prone downgrade ain't he?

Would someone be so kind as to provide me with any evidence or sources that he will play for us next year? The comments seemed to have been started awhile back and are now being parroted as fact like it's a done deal by almost everyone. Including me at times.

Red Card Rule
Red card would have been introduced if Alistair Lynched landed those punches in 2004 and Brisbane won as a result. As such, it wasn't, and so we wait for it to happen again in a GF.

Might it be Dom Tyson on the proviso that he grows his hair out and gets a priddy perm? Can't possibly be one of our 'promising mids' unless it's Salem, ANB or Harmes. An inflated salary like that would mean we would need to remove a mid so it doesnt matter if UFA or RFA, trade would be made.

Round 20 - Non MFC Games.
Darcy Moore seems way too injury prone to try and recruit for his coin

Round 20 - Non MFC Games.
Our Sydney game has gone from a 6 to an 8 in degree of difficulty in the space of a few hours. Well at least we can possibly be in the top 4 with a win!

Round 20 - Non MFC Games.
Essendon don't deserve to be in the 8, so it was justice served. Hawthorn on the other hand looked out of place below us on the ladder all season. I"d definitely back us to get back at them, 6 v 7 would be a fitting place to do it.

The look of the game.
"Whistle away" So when we don't get HTB decisions go our way because the umpires want to even up our match with us 10 points up and looking to ice it, don't complain.

The look of the game.
I feel the umpires actually left too much alone last night by putting the whistle away. Rewarding undeserved players is not the answer either. Have to balance the middle ground and reward effort.

Who do we realistically target for a trade?
3. Send Jeffy garlett to a motivational 'make the most of your opportunities while you're young' camp, over summer.

Who do we realistically target for a trade?
I would've thought goal kicking consistency is his exact strength. 2 goals a game guaranteed per year. He's obviously a lazy player Goody wouldn't go near, as evidences by Garlett sitting in the VFL. He's also never played more than 19 games in a year.

Can the 'Tap On' marking contest tactic be a solution to our inside 50 conversion woes?
Probably fair to say that the small forward position has been one of our biggest revolving doors at selection these past 3 years. At what point do we make it a priority to chase another small pressure forward and ready made crumber as a trade? And with all due respect to Garlett on his career with us and last weeks decent match, He does not look that hungry or even that excited with kicking goals. Going through the motions it seems? Vandenberg will be an interesting if he can carve out a spot as a tough pressure forward in the remaining month.

Can the 'Tap On' marking contest tactic be a solution to our inside 50 conversion woes?
We average approx 65 or so against the top 8 teams though don't we? Have to double check, Stat was from a few weeks ago. Edit: 76. (94 v Geel, 48 v Haw, 56v Rich, 91 v Coll, 65 v Port, 98 v Geel) Do we want to count 123 v North? I'd say it goes against the sub 100 trend though

Can the 'Tap On' marking contest tactic be a solution to our inside 50 conversion woes?
I think Weideman might be one our players who could really excel at this as he gets better at impacting marking contests. Makes you wonder about our forward dynamic. Hogan up ground playing the Adel-Tom Lynch role I think.
