MFC have just put out a response to members concerns about oppo supporters sitting in our dedicated seating area’s. It is requesting members not to transfer seats to non MFC patrons but I haven’t witnessed any non MFC patrons being challenged by MCC staff.!!

I had Max, Tracc & Clayton ahead of DeGoey but he did look pretty flash when he cleared a number of centre clearance’s and ran out unopposed, mind you his kicking was poor on occasions.!!!! Clayton put his body on the line and had no problem winning the ball but didn’t get a lot of run away from stoppages and the ball get turned over in meaningless handball chains.😢😪.

Geezzz 40 goals from 139 shots from those four players, that’s another 3 wins and percentage down the tube.!!!!

Thanks DD our best players have improved apart from Max, Salem, Lever and Harmes who have all suffered injuries whilst our bottom eight have dropped off!!

That is very interesting DD, statistically we are identical to 2021, some players up some down but same output our DNA is strong just not getting the same results on the scoreboard or have other teams past us by??

I must admit that it is more enjoyable watching the game live than listening to the dumbed down TV commentary teams.

Not only were we outnumbered but had to put up with Pie supporting sitting in our Redlegs area. We applied for four additional Redlegs seats this year and we’re told that it was sold out? To make matters worse a lot of our regulars who sit near us did not show last night. It is very disappointing and having 45,000 booing our every touch of the ball gets really, really annoying and hearing them jeer every mistake and turnover and madly celebrating every little win they had made me even angrier, not to mention Cox’s dog act and umps turning a blind eye to some rough tactics that we would never get away with. To top it all off we dominated possession but could not buy a goal to save us. Grrrr….!!
