I think the move will be best for both parties. Rather Oliver at Melbourne but it was always gonna be difficult for both parties to overcome the past two years.

Still jeffo, kentifield are a long way off?? Will they make it?? Johnson is a stop gap tall. I think you need one consistent tall to compeat. Lions only made the grand final in 2024 because Daniher dominated the last quarter.

Another draft has past and still we have not addressed the key forward problem. Seems like a lot will fall on an inform Fritsch,ageing Pie and Milksham and a hope that maybe Van Rooyen and Jefferson will may breakout.

We had plenty of embarrassing loses even one to west coast prior to Tracks injury. The margins in our defeats were much closer in the last half. 2024 was an easy start. Just saying other players are up to it.

Well the previous boards have failed miserably in the last four years. Obviously the skill set needs adjusting

Probably on advice of staff. Oliver is a difficult case to handle. Perhaps the frustration from all in dealing with him means it is better to push him on. Probably a win for both sides.
