  1. Yeah nah, to think otherwise is laughable, the wider football community and Richmond supporters would laugh at this. I Castagna is by far a much dynamic and complete footballer then ANB. Just remember also that during the year ANB was dropped by the 2nd worst AFL club in the competition. Even at VFL level he was quite ordinary and didn't exactly bang the door down for selection. The sooner Pickett and Bedford come on the better, as that would mean ANB is back playing 2s football where he belongs.
  2. I still would have kept Jeffy for another year over someone like Josh Wagner. But that's just me personally...
  3. Some good reports guys @deespicable me @Baghdad Bob @george_on_the_outer Question i have in regards to Jackson is where do you think he will line up position wise come round 1? Talk before the draft is that the club will train him up as a key forward. But going off what I have just read, there is definitely a chance that he could play as a genuine on baller. Thanks
  4. I would not have picked you to be over 50 Bin! You certainly have seen the up and downs over of this club over the years old timer.
  5. Champion Data are just taking the [censored] now.
  6. Yes exactly.
  7. Pickett’s obviously up there either for a funeral or family business. Anyhow, hope the kid is going ok.
  8. Just saw that Kysiaia Pickett is in Darwin. Anyone know why?
  9. Tipping him to go out the same way Bernie Vince did in his last year. Was cooked last year and at his age I can't see him getting any better.
  10. Jesus Petracca looks fat. ????
  11. Oliver? Langdon?
  12. What is the actual issue on Baker? Did he go in for some form of end of season surgery?
  13. Give it to Gawn outright.
  14. Well then we play Pruess......
  15. I would have rather Josh Walker to be honest. Only 26 years old and was playing some really impressive footy for Brissy at the start or this year then fell out. He is a Melbourne player now so I will support him. Welcome Mitch.
  16. Happy Harley Bennell day!
  17. Weid has packed on some serious muscle.
  18. What the flying [censored] did I just watch.
  19. Who are you talking about exactly? I am talking about Jackson not Weideman.
  20. Deakyn Smith is one to keep an eye on. Probably in the same boat as what Bedford was in his first at the Stingrays. So I expect Smith to push for Vic Country trials next year. 179cm who played across half back and wing in the 8 games he played this year. Clean and uses the ball well. Kobi George our other NGA prospect isn't much chop at all and I don't expect him to get drafted next year. Perhaps a late rookie if the club wants to put in a good development but highly doubt so.
  21. I don't think anyone on here has painted him as the messiah though old? We know he's coming with a fair bit of development to do. But as Jason Taylor has said, we shouldn't put a cap on him yet. I honestly think he'll play round 1 next year. He's development in the past 18 months has been at a rapid rate and I think now that he's in a full time environment under the guidance of Max Gawn, he'll develop quite significantly over the next few months. He's not like a Jack Watts who was just all bones and let's be honest he was quite soft from day dot. Jackson is aggressive and not afraid at all to get in and get his hands dirty. Gawn and Pruess pushing him around at training will only further this even more. I am predicting 10-12 games next year from Jackson playing mostly up forward.
  22. Does he? You do realise this is the same bloke that rated Josh Wagner a better player then James Harmes in his recent club assessment. Him playing the game is completely irrelevant Old.. Stephen Wells never played an AFL game in his life and he's regarded as one of the best talent spotters in the country. I'm sorry but the bloke is clueless and outdated.
  23. Your first mistake was taking anything Buckenara says serious. The guy is a drop kick. Go look at his highlights. His contested marking is one of his strengths.
  24. Luke Jackson has been given number 6 and Trent Rivers has been given 24.
