The Oscar McDonald Appreciation Thread
I remember his first year, and I question why he was gifted games, week after week in being beaten. He was slow, no intensity and lacked awareness. I said to myself that over time through experience and more game time he'll maybe get better. Wasn't a fan but was willing to give him time. My god i couldn't be any more wrong. He is worse now then when he started. He is legit one of the worse players I've ever seen. He is currently OOC. Do the right thing Melbourne and just trade him for a 4th rounder and immediately cut ties. No one can simply justify why he should be in the team anymore.

Nathan Jones in 2021?
Righto boys, pipe it down. There's a time and place for it and this thread is not the place. We all know he's officially finished now. No need for this kind of negative trot. Unfortunately we'll see Jones call time on what has been a fantastic career. Thank for the blood sweat and tears Jonesy. Forever salute you as a Melbourne great.

James Harmes Signs for 5 Years
I said this in the post game thread. He got us going with his run in the last quarter after he was finally shifted onto the midfield.. Who would have thought huh..

Fritsch Magnet
Soft as they come.. i turned around to my 8 month old boy when he was lining up for goal and said he'll miss it, it's a given. He stared at me. At least I know he can't argue back at me during the game.

Too right. I just love teasing carlton...

NON MFC: Round 15
That's really cost us. Giants have Adelaide, Melbourne and St Kilda. Can't see us making it now. Today just shot ourselves in the foot big time.

Blues find all sorts of ways to choke games.

Harley Bennell?
Yeah he was pissweak. I'm dead set over him. Week after week he's let us down with poor kicking for goal.
-
Harley Bennell?
Get him in. If Goodwin justifys having that ghost in Melksham prance around doing sweet [censored] all and not laying any defensive pressure, then Bennell should be taking his spot.

POSTGAME: Rd 15 vs Sydney
He nearly knocked out Rivers when he was just about to gather thr ball. Viney came steaming through and crashed straight into Rivers, and Sydney then gathered possession. The guy is a joke. Supposedly a leader and all he's done is dished up that crap all year. He's out of contract. Take what we can and reshuffle our midfield.

Him playing to this way has gotten us no where though Jaded. The best midfield mix I have seen was when he was injured in 2018 and we had Brayshaw, Oliver, Harmes as our starting mids and it was the best we've looked. He's selfish and overrated. 9 disposals last week and 12 this week. That's our vice captain right there.

Pissweak performance. Oscar McDonald is by far the worst footballer ever to grace the red and blue. Its a comedy that we've gifted this potato to 80 games. Pack your games son, that's the last we'll see of you. Jack Viney - Can't stand him and never been a fan. Is nothing but an idiotic selfish footballer. Nearly knocked out Trent Rivers because he he wanted the the ball himself when Rivers was about to gather the ball. Not only that, he is a disruption to our midfield set up. I would be happy to trade for a 2nd rounder. Not a leader's [censored] and its laughable that he's our VC. Give it to Steven May and trade out this muppet. Simon Goodwin - insipid coaching performance. I pumped him up on the back of thinking we'd easily beat Sydney and Freo. I got sucked in easily once again. This is worse then the Port loss.
