Goody - Genius or insane?
Let you know after the game. Going out straight sets in finals two years in a row would be down right embarrassing.

GAMEDAY: SF vs Carlton
It was all set up for us. Had we gone through to the prelim we were playing either a banged up Port Adelaide or GWS giants off a 6 day break. This is why I'm not one bit confident tonight now. Just think the players will be mentally cooked from last Thursday as well as the emotional tool from the Brayshaw saga.

GAMEDAY: SF vs Carlton
Just cannot see how Smith and Tmac as our two main talls are going to kick a winning score. Chandler and Pickett have barely fired a shot the last couple of weeks as well. The brunt of it all will be left to Fritsch unfortunately. Carlton have all the momentum and emotion wave going with them where as I question if the the mental and emotional toll from all the Brayshaw fallout will have an effect. Prove me wrong otherwise Melbourne.

Lynden Dunn.. and this is why I have dead set hated this bloke even when he played at Melbourne. Clearly his alliance will always be with Collingwood. Here is having his say on Russell Robertson post about Maynard situation.- Trade Rumours 2023
Half correct. Corowa Rutherglen had a coaching contract there for him at the end of 2022 if he hadn't been offered another deal by the Dees. Connection there is his Dad Dave was the under 18's coach at Corowa and youngee brother Darcy was playing senior footy. It was a bit of a SOS call to Jake by the footy club because unfortunately Corowa went into recess at the start of the 2023 season.- PREGAME: SF vs Carlton

Looking back when Maynard charges towards Brayshaw it left Petracca in open space. In that instance that are two ways to look at this. 1. Ideally you want Petracca starting deep forward. Had this been the case then he drags Maynard back and then all of this doesn't exist. 2. Should Petracca have led away to create more space for the forward to have a short hit up option? Anyways so many what ifs.- Maynard must get at least four weeks
100m? Mate that's honestly a huge stretch by you. Maynard literally started just on the square line and clobbered him inside the square. It's easily at least 25m. Maynard was running back with Petracca initially then quickly charged towards Brayshaw.- Max Gawn on the Howie Games podcast
Listened to this yesterday arvo when I went for a run. It's a ripper of a episode and yes, Max speaks really well. The Howie Games podcast is actually worth a listen in general. He's done some interviews with some great sport stars over the journey.- PREGAME: SF vs Carlton
- 2023 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
I think Wilson is still there at 15. Potentially around that 12-16 mark. I like Wilson because he's got ability to play inside and out whereas Windsor is purely outside. I think you're winning either way with these two.- 2023 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
I agree. - Maynard must get at least four weeks
