  1. He's been horrible in every full game hes played. Folks on here get so blinded by his occasional sum cameos every now and then. Hes a sub par VFL standard player.
  2. Yeah May was appalling in the first quarter. Got better after half time after what I presume was an earful from Goody.
  3. Pathetic performance especially from our senior players. Gawn, Kozzie, Melksham, Chandler all miss easy and gettable shots. Gawn FFS.. you're the bloody captain, for all the good things you do you seriously let this team with your poor goalkicking. Own the moments! Petracca can hold his head up high. To the all supporters who were cocky during the week saying Saints have no players to worry about.. wowee. Clearly haven't learnt a thing. We aren't a team to that can boast about beating the ordinary sides.
  4. 137 disposals as a team for a whole half. Surely that's got to be the lowest for a team this year?
  5. Thank you Petracca! At least a leader is willing to stand up!
  6. Disgraceful performance. Melskham had to be better with that kick then.. Senior players have let us down today.
  7. FFS Max you're the [censored] captain of the footy club, you've gotta kick those!!
  8. Johnson is gone unfortunately
  9. Oh dear Lever.
  10. Agree. [censored] this fixture off for good.
  11. Disgusting performance
  12. Steven May opponent once again. They dropped the wrong defender last week. May should be at Casey instead of McDonald
  13. Man up Steven May!!
  14. Lever and May are genuinely cooked. Slow, weak in the contests, fumbly and struggling to get clean touch. Father time has caught up to both.
  15. Steven May paying little respects to a rookie. Getting taught a lesson. Either way, May is cooked.
  16. Just the 5 disposals for Kalani's game with the Allies against South Australia today.
  17. So good to see Liam Jurrah there. He was on par as my most favourite demon of all time alongside Jeff Farmer.
  18. Business trip today. Go in, get the job done and move onto the big one next week ✔️
  19. Incorrect. Perth is his home. He was born in SA but he grew up and spent majority of his childhood in Quairading WA. It was only until he hit his mid to late teens where he made the transition to SA to live with his uncle to focus on his schooling and football.
  20. Maybe he was though? He and his manager were clearly asking the questions around trade period. I'm only reporting what I was told during that time period. If Cal Twomey reported it then I'd say he'd be on the money. Pickett through his manager, was fairly active in terms of keeping an open dialogue with the club throughout the trade period, that's a fact. The last day could have simply been another last attempt on whether the club had changed its stance.
  21. Banging the door down, absolutely yes. Better then anyone in our current 22 line up, no.
  22. Really happy for Laurie.. Grab your opportunities son!
  23. Kozzie has been on public around his level of home sickness and why its important for him to get back to Perth to visit his family. I barely trust a journo in the industry but one I do is Cal Twomey. You ask insiders within the AFL industry and especially recruiters and there is a high level of respect for Twomey for his work and professionalism especially when it comes to inside information. The guy does his background checks at an incredible length before he releases his info. Bumped into a current player who's from up this area and one i had a fair bit to do with from Murray Bushies days. We spoke all things as well as the issues internally and Kozzie, trac and Oliver situation. Kozzie didn't ask for an official trade but he did meet up with Simon Goodwin after the season had finished and spoke about his home sickness and whether there was a possibility of going home back to WA to be closer with his extended mob. Club was incredibly respectful of his wishes but also he was contracted and a trade would be incredibly difficult. His manager then approached the club around trade week just to see whether the club had a change of mindset but there wasn't which Koz and his manager were fine with. Both moved on pretty quickly and that was it. Club doing all they can to support not only Koz but family members that have moved down here to Melbourne. My personal opinion is that I think there will potentially be another scenario at the end of the year where he'll approach the club to be then shut down due to his contract. It would take an almighty offer from Freo to turn our heads which then means he will see out his contract until the end of 2027.
  24. I'm scared of my wife so I just do whatever she says.
  25. His game against West Coast Eagles in 2018 in Perth was definitely one of the best games he has played in his career. And I think this performance is so underrated amongst Melbourne supporters. Like he literally helped us get into the finals for the first time in 12 years.
