f&*^%$g fantastic!! Listened to it on the radio during three hour trip from Warrnambool to Melbourne. Cant remember driving. Dont think I stopped at any lights. Straight thru. Huge result. This stamps Roosy's time here as an unqualified success (for the doubters). His coaching legacy further enhanced by his time with us. Nathan Jones post match interview with Burgs was great. Spoke in a paternal manner about this (his) team. Born leader. Resilient. Hard as rock. absolute warrior and he is our Captain. Ive said it before but I'll say it again. I f$%^&*g love him. Like everyone else I could go on and on about the performance of the individual players and team. But what I loved most about listening to the radio broadcast, what gave me the goosebumps at times was the roar of the Melbourne faithful. A beautiful thing to hear. Don't hear it enough.

We don't seem to be able to stop any big forwards. ever. Lobb, Petrie, Waite, Daniher, Nick Riewoldt, the other saint that had five. Maybe Cloke and jack reiwoldt but they both were out of form and are finished and overated respectively. 4 and 3 (W/L) at the end of the day would be genuinely exciting for me.
