  1. To bad we couldn’t finish it that qtr would have been good to be able to take it easy on the last
  2. Horrible by Oliver didn’t even put a hand up, what was he even trying to do
  3. Yep that’s a week for sure, contact with the head tucked the arm in left the ground looked for the contact, if unlucky could be 2
  4. Sub Oliver half time Goodwin
  5. Oliver should not be playing tonight clearly can’t use one hand, not able to tackle handball mark
  6. This is a qtr to forget
  7. Skill errors galore early
  8. Be the most Melbourne thing that the funding dries up before we get our turn and after every other club gets there state of the art facilities
  9. Players play with injuries all the time and you would never know, he will be hampered but so will a number of players from both sides
  10. If it’s not getting worse then he’s still better than whoever would come in to replace.
  11. As critical of ANB over the journey as anyone but props to him for the game tonight. Seems the forgotten man when listening to the media post game
  12. 1332 km Melbourne to Wuddina
  13. Tomlinson auto in for may, then just a question of who for lever if he misses. Going to be 31 and dry in Adelaide on Saturday so another tall would probably be the way to go. Fullarton would be my pick then JVR can stay fwd. all assuming petty would stay back in that case
  14. Costly win if lever and may out for the next few
  15. Can see lever on the sideline looks fine
  16. Well guess I can’t be to upset with dees last 2 years after seeing cats and pies now implode after a flag, we cop it more despite that
  17. So we plan on running Gawn into the ground again it seems, none of the other talls are going to give him enough chop
  18. Don’t think any of the outs will be to shocked, Tomlinson did nothing to demand a spot, if he is supposed to free up lever and may that failed, better if have them be more accountable and bring in another runner
  19. If it happens we should demand Max Holmes as part of any trade
  20. Window is shut, we are already behind the best teams and will continue to slip slowly until we need to rebuild in 4-5 years time and we can then start all over again, I was hoping we would be able to sustain like cats and swans have over a long period of time but I just don’t see it happening. Maybe in 10-12 years time we might do better. I just hope I don’t need to wait nearly 60 years
  21. Maybe the fall off in the last qtr can be blamed on loading again, nothing to see here
  22. Swans smashed us round the ball with a team nominally missing the 3 of there best midfielders and swans are a below average team in the regard even if they had a full complement. Don’t delude yourself and think this will get any easier
  23. Can’t believe so many ppl put stock is last weeks performance. We aren’t playing finals this year. Our window for a flag is over
  24. Long as he can find a permanent spot in the midfield I think he will stay, only reason to go would be for more opportunity like James Jordan last year
  25. Wish it could be quantified beyond points against but seems more than a coincidence we concede less when he is down back with may and lever
