  1. Not sure what Kosi offers. Cannot win a one on one
  2. Does BT deliberately call players by the wrong name? I’m assuming they give him binoculars in the box
  3. Was also enraged by Hamish, who has made a living by being unoriginal and bland.
  4. As always, AFL said Mansell should have opted to tackle, not bump.. only problem was he didn’t have the ball and he braced, not bumped. But hey, don’t let the truth get in the way of a squeaky clean image for the class action lawyers.
  5. That was an arm swung to tackle. Absolute crock
  6. I agree on the point of dropping Spargo for Oliver, makes sense. I think with Hibbo, we will keep him in while his Achilles is okay, Bowey will swap when a rest is needed. The back 4 of McVee, Hibbo, Rivers and Hibbo are all in excellent form, so one will need to make way through form or injury as the year rolls on. Good problems.
  7. Might have been mentioned already, but yesterday was Tomlinson best game for the club. I thought behind Viney and Salo, he was our best. If we can see him continue to build, he will be critical to our success.
  8. Said after round 4 it was the best I could remember the game quality. Now I’d be lucky to watch 3 games a week. Absolutely horrible!
  9. Best the pies are closer to full strength, as it will make the win better. Elliott kills us, so a great out
  10. I like reading nice things about the club.. will never be lost on me
  11. Come over to a great club
  12. Could be a positive for Clarrys hamstring and set him up for the balance of the year. If we can pull off a win, it will be huge!
  13. Laurie has had a solid block of VFL form and can fill gaps forward or on the wing. Woey is probably a little more dynamic.
  14. Please play Taj or Laurie.
  15. Would like someone to test out the durability of his rib cage
  16. Agree, but bloke flops when he feels body pressure and umpires can’t blow whistles quick enough.
  17. When you become a good club, you lose lots of fringe players.. when you are a poor club, you lose lots of key players.. glad we are not in the latter anymore.
  18. Was Viney cited?
  19. I think a few are harsh on Tommo. McKay was red hot last night and a tough matchup. Viney and Bowey out, Woewi and Clarry in. Love how this games sets up for us as the underdogs.. I’m calling it… we will win!
  20. If Cripps gets a week, the AFL is done… not even close to dangerous. Vineys is a little more complex. A week or a fine, it’s a line ball.
  21. Picking up the ball my [censored]
  22. Was going to say the same thing. BB would be better as a 2nd ruckman. Problem is I’m not sure Gawn is ahead of Grundy ATM
  23. Umpires are still the gold standard of absolute [censored]
  24. Gee Fritta is a mile off. He and Pickett need to dominate the 2nd half
  25. I am normally pretty level with emotions and perspective, but have probably had more ups and downs the last few weeks. My view is that we are slow to address areas of concern and back our system- when I think we should be adapting to trends that are unfolding in the game.. All that aside, I am going to try and put my positive hat on.. Dees to win tonight, start to build form and upset the Pies next week. Joel Smith to finally get his body right and build a block of form over 6 weeks to prove he belongs. Back talls to click and again establish themselves as the best defensive unit in the comp. Hopefully positivity brings positive results!!
