thanks for sharing Grapeviney. I unfortunately never got to see him play. Nevermind about the lack of Brownlow, a lot of the best ever players never won one - it is a flawed award. Looks like he is playing a different game to everyone else! As a side note, I would like to see quick, skillful players encouraged to take players on more. I know Robbie is a once off but I'd like to see more skill encouraged in the AFL rather than just running and structures blah blah

The main reason we lose the important games? selection, game plan? No. Its all between the ears - the players choke. there was zero communication on the field, remember ANB trying to take a mark over his shoulder in the middle of the park when Hunt was running towards the ball? Spargo running off his man to take the man T Mac was running to. TALK LADS! This is under 12s stuff. When pressure hits, the simple things no longer happen. Not to mention everyone missing easy shots. if we are playing Carlton we finish with 18.10, no question in my mind. Tbh if it’s getting to the point where your weekends are ruined and impacting your close family relationships, you might want to try to emotionally step back a bit. Go to games, support the club but don’t let the team dictate your week. Take a more casual observer approach Easier said then done though!
