		2021 Injury List

He played HF 3 quarters of the year. Only moved to midfield towards the end of the season to try to find form. No more excuses for melksham

		Membership Tally 2020

I wonder how many people are waiting to see the covid restrictions in the early rounds before signing on. I’m expecting a significant lockdown over winter so I if can get to 3-4 games this year I’ll take that. Some people would see the membership as a ticket to each game rather than a donation to the club which I think is fair enough. Hard to expect those aside from die hard fans or people with lots of money to give money for no tangible return

		2021 Injury List

He was so poor last year especially for talented senior player in the LG in his prime. I waited all season for him to come good and he didn’t. If he played with more intensity I honestly think we play finals last year. He is such a good link man with great decision making and kicking skills. But he doesn’t want to apply himself then we move on to the next guy

		Clarry’s Contract 2021 Edition

I have zero concern. We are no longer a club that loses quality players. And if we did lose Clarry it would be due to professional incompetence on and off the field and we would deserve the result. Every club would want him but if he left it would be for success, which would leave the Blues well and truely out of the running I refuse to be drawn into this discussion (until maybe June when I start to panic)

		Restructured Forward Line

I reckon and hope you are assuming too much. He is not a proven fwd and if he is our starting 22 up fwd we are in big trouble imo I think he is just recruited for cover in case T Mac and M Brown etc also go down

		Restructured Forward Line

No doubt we need Fritsch and LJ up front. I reckon T Mac deserves a few games to see if he has returned to his old form. If he fails, bring in M Brown But after that I would like some flexibility. Trac maybe 50-50, we don't want to lose his explosiveness at stoppages too much Add in Hunt, Laurie (?) and Kozzi and there is plenty of pace and skill and pressure

		Welcome to Demonland: Majak Daw

He played fwd a few times but showed he doesn’t have the craft to be a key fwd so they moved him back. Aside from that one game he has proved to be a poor fwd so hopefully we don’t have to go through this experiment for him to fail again. he reminds me a bit of Frost up fwd, lots of physical traits and a good mark but not much else. He is decent down back however.

		Welcome to Demonland: Majak Daw

I mean holding down a spot, playing multiple games in a row. Over 11 seasons he only had one decent patch and he was down back, where we are pretty well covered. So perhaps more accurate wording would be he has shown he is not a consistent AFL player. And that is a poor team that was crying out for decent players. Even Jimmy Toumpas looked a star in his highlights

		Welcome to Demonland: Majak Daw

no worries, I'll quit my job and start working as a talent scout on no money Us thinking of the first 6 weeks of the season could be short sighted. We have guys like M Brown that are ready to go, to fill in if needed. a younger longer term prospect would be more worthwhile imo. i find it hard to believe there would be no prospects anywhere

Pity we missed out on Mason Wood, we could have inherited the entire dominant Roos fwd line finals here we come!

		Welcome to Demonland: Majak Daw

yeah, I'm aware that's what has happened. I am just voicing my opinion that I think it's a bad call. or should we not never question potential recruiting decisions on this forum?

		Welcome to Demonland: Majak Daw

no idea, I'm not a talent scout and I dont watch the lower leagues much. but it seems logical there would be some decent ruck talent in the country that is not on an AFL list

		Welcome to Demonland: Majak Daw

You could be right. Maybe this is what they are thinking. I’d have Tomo as a lock on the backline with May and lever with petty and smith as back up. And you live with just two with hibbo and rivers

		Welcome to Demonland: Majak Daw

Thanks for the reply. I guess in essence I’d prefer to not take a bloke who has proven over 11 seasons not capable of playing AFL standard footy. I’d take a punt if someone else. thanks also for explaining how a ‘list works’. Most enlightening

		Welcome to Demonland: Majak Daw

He is depth down back which we don’t need. Average ruck, poor fwd.

		Welcome to Demonland: Majak Daw

Mostly off his athleticism and potential I’d guess. 10 years on AFL list of a mostly struggling club. Averaged 5 games a season

		Welcome to Demonland: Majak Daw

Mature talls like McDonald, M Brown and even Tomnilson? Out talls are pretty balancing. Just need them to fire. Daw adds almost nothing aside from the dreaded ‘depth’

		Welcome to Demonland: Majak Daw

I think it’s mostly because he is not very good at playing football

		Welcome to Demonland: Majak Daw

Poor fwd, average ruck and decent Backman. doesnt make a lot of sense to me. We have some average fwd back up options, we don’t need more If we were after a ruck back up I’d have preferred we picked a youngish ruckman from the vfl or other lower levels that might develop
