like I said my concern is Gawn getting burnt out not winning hit outs. He'll have McEvoy jumping into him all game on sunday

Like others I'm worried about Gawn rucking too long during games and getting burnt out or injured. Harmes (!!) was the only other player to win a hit out on the weekend. We need Peedo or Weed in to ruck some decent minutes. Also has the advantage of Gawn spending some time forward. My preference is Pedo as he took 15 marks and played well and I want Weed to play 3-4 good games before we bring him in.

Not sure about frost down back. Did some good things in the 2nd quarter but poor positional sense - why he left Waite on his own in the first quarter for that goal no one knows. Also a few clangers. Do we need three talls plus Wagner and hibbo against the hawks? They play pretty small. Like I said it would be harsh as he took a couple of nice marks and gave us some rebound for a while. if we had beaten North twice last year we finish on 14 wins and 6th place and North finish on 4 wins in last place T Mac and Viney out is a big hit to our on field leadership. importantly our younger leadership that the other young guys follow. it will be a close game but I hope and pray we can win

If I was north I would play another tall fwd against us and bomb it in long as that is all their midfield can do so either way frost will be an emergency and a brought in with a late change depending on norths line up

He is 200cm and has a good leap. Realistically he will take some marks and kicks some goals. Having 3 talls is too tall for mine unless they bring in mason wood. If we can reduce the 1:1s and the ball coming in quick over the back then this is the best way to reduce his output

No change unless someone is not right. Eg Salem, Hunt Back the team in. The defence especially needs time to gel. Frost played in both north games last year so don’t get how he is a must inclusion.
