From the highlights I wouldn’t be surprised if Bowey plays off HB. He looks an excellent, probing kick. Something we majorly lack. and quick as well.
-
194cm wingman. Small fwd and I think a Half back. I back in JT after last year.

Pick 34 - Sarah Jones in that white dress

Feel for that O’Driscoll kid. His highlights were pretty bad. Surely he did some good stuff?

Kozzie and Jackson Massive 2021 seasons coming up!!

What do we desperately need?? decision making, kicking skills, creativity we have two great kids that have that. To those counting centimetres, you might look at the Tigers list to see size does not always matter. When the ball is in your hands, your height does not matter

Did you hear about Mahoney going and Choco coming in before it happened? Didn’t think so. We don’t leak and haven’t for years calm down

So to be even clearer - not since 2001 has a number one pick won a flag with the club they were drafted to. ? struggling here. Should I keep digging? *dig up stupid
-
Right you are. To be clearer - no number 1 pick has won the flag with the club they were drafted to.
-
You mean the Gibbs, Scully, Patton, Watts prestige? reckon clubs would run away from this now. Too much pressure on a kid. Still never been a number 1 pick that has won win a flag to my knowledge
-
Have north learned nothing? Pick an inside mid at number 3.
-
Who needs an external review when you have people internally who know what they are doing? A number of shrewd moves in and out and we are in a very good position off field. And importantly, all the key posts have remained stable so we can carry out the plan. Nice work, MFC

This thread is a depressing read

MFC Football Technology Pathway Program & Volunteers
DubDee replied to roy11's topic in Melbourne Demons
I really don't get the outrage. if you want to work in a highly competitive area you need to go the extra mile. Volunteering a couple of days a week at an AFL club is a great opportunity. not like the course you would do is 40 hrs per week. disgusting/mind-blowing?! if you don't want to do it, don't do it. All clubs have been sacking coaches and FD staff and are seeing if any keen graduates are up for an opportunity. -
Good luck to you O Mac. I reckon you'll get picked up and carve out a decent AFL career. A change is a good thing I reckon Key Defenders best years are usually 27-31
-
I reckon we’ll trade up, especially if we only have 3 picks. 18+28 would get us what?? 13-14 ish anyone in the know have an idea who we would go for around the pick 14 mark?

Treloar will be odds on to be BOG when the dogs play the pies. will be a beauty
-
Making finals isn’t what Goodwin will be judged upon. That would mean for 2020 Goodwin would not sacked if AVB kicked the goal against the Cats and sacked if he missed? hopefully the club has more meaningful measurements that this flip of the coin stuff

Footy is a cruel game. Kid was a gun with so much talent pick 6 I think? His brother was lucky to be picked up relative to him and he just played a GF
-
Demonstrate a quality game plan that is consistently implemented demonstrate a plan B when things go wrong Evidence the players believe in the direction of the club and sign on early
-
Pruess wanted to play first team football and is 26 himself. Gawn is just talking him up. Pruess could be a decent ruck but he is no star
-
Sweet Jesus, what a rabble. They have lawyers And contracts for a reason. They extended Treloar LAST year. One of the worst handling of a player I can recall

Worth looking into. If motivation is the issue, a move could reinvigorate his career. Clearly past his best but he is all class with ball in hand and something we lack on HB. if his body is shot, then pass obviously
