It depends on what toll you are talking about. Physically or mentally? My concern is the effort without the reward of winning. I'm well into my second bottle of red after a few beers so I hope I'm making some sense. Considering it would be lean muscle it would be closer to 5kg. 10kg is a hell of a lot of muscle to put on especially when you're doing so much cardio.
