We have three memberships in our household, and with another one due in October, it would have been four next season. I automatically rollover each year but opted out for next season. People can call me whatever they want but I’m holding off on purchasing our memberships for next season until I see the results. I’m not contributing to a dysfunctional football team anymore.

I may have interpreted the OP incorrectly but I thought it was referring to trading Gawn. Gawn’s contract is up at the end of 2021, so he has two years left which is the amount of time @picket fence refers to. @picket fence can you please clarify?

The disappointing thing for me is that for once, outsiders were beginning to take us seriously as a club. Many tipped us to finish top 4 and to have a fair dinkum crack at the flag. We hit a record membership number and were rewarded with a couple of Friday night games. If we bounce back next season no one will care because we’re just ‘typical’ Melbourne. If we lose to Carlton on the weekend my response would be ‘meh’.

Retire/Delist/Trade: Lewis, Maynard, JKH, Keilty, J Wagner, Brayshaw. Newnes is a FA, I see him as an upgrade on Maynard and JKH. Go hard at Coniglio, however I believe GWS set themselves up last trade period to match/beat offers from rival clubs.
