Back Pocket Demons
He played back pocket in his early days..

Back Pocket Demons
Methinks he was referring to Il Capitano Frank Davis.

Back Pocket Demons
Melbourne was just such a great side in those days. I recall the Tas Johnson kickouts. bernie massey's kick in were just as good. Barry Bourke played as a wingman - he represented Victoria - towards the end of his career. He was about 5 ft 10, but a good one grab mark - he marked the ball at full back during the last seconds of the 1964 Grand Final.

Back Pocket Demons
Barry Bourke, after his Full Forward days. He was the player who fell across Peter Hudson's knee in the third quarter of a game in about 1970 or 71 where Hudson kicked 12 goals or so by half time...

Also, if you add a C to Brukner, it becomes Bruckner, one of my Gods as a composer.

OMac on Overcoming Challenges
Methinks you're a naysayer, Kent. Please recall Oscar had a terrific 2018. As did a lot of Melbourne players.

Josh Bruce
YOU'D HARDLY EXPECT tmac TO ADMIT IN AN INTERVIEW HE'S PLAYING WITH A CROCKED TOE, WOULD YOU????

Josh Bruce
Agree, Binman. Anyone who couldn't see with their own four eyes that TMAC was playing with an ailment is blind or obstinate.

May Day 2020
I still don't believe it was a reportable offence. The Brisbane player basically ran into him, he was looking the other way and May braced himself for impact. Also, if it's okay for one player to do it and not get penalised then ....I won't go on...

May Day 2020
That's a tough call: Christian allowed plenty to get away with incidents similar to Mays...JUST FOR THE RECORD.
- New List Manager - Tim Lamb?

Joel Smith
I agree. I like the 'prospect' of Joel Smith but, A, he's never actually done anything of note, B, when he shows some signs he gets injured, C, he flies for too many marks which he doesn't take. I wish him all the best, hope he gets his body right so he can actually live out his potential.

Buggar. There is no frickin cure. GLA:d only makes it worse, acupuncture does sweet niente minus a swear word, Panadol Osteo poisons your liver and kidneys, anti inflammatories, I.E. Anthrax tablets ruin everything and minimise your capacity to self medicate with good plonks, it makes you swear alot and the missus always believes nothing else but that you're swearing at her, the dog cringes and hates it when you take her for a walk because you're always yelling, SLOWLY, GENTLE, I'M AN ALTE KACKA....
