I think the whole point of a trade period is to swap out players and to bring in players that are better suited to the sides needs. If sides come away from the trade period with huge wins that means that others have had huge losses. The concept of fair trade allows for win win. Sometimes you may get a bargain. So has our list improved? I would argue it is not worse and it has a harder edge, that may have been the aim, so that is a win. We have not made any clanger trades IMO and we still have good draft picks. No big fish, OK maybe next year, maybe never.
