Good sides don’t self- sabotage. We are masters at it and will pay a big price. Some basic skills are woefully deficient and they have reverted to playing as individuals. The forward line relies on too few and the mids don’t do enough damage with their possessions. The year is shaping up as a great opportunity wasted.

A great win against a top 4 side in a hostile environment. We won each quarter and had good players across every line. A very even contribution. Can’t ask for much more. How good was Trac - he ripped the game apart.

I’m a big fan of how JJ goes quietly about his business. Racked up 19+ possessions last night and rarely makes a mistake. He’s hard at it and enjoys a tackle. Plays with a maturity beyond his years. A gem has been unearthed.

He made a huge difference to our structure and competed well. His reach will have defences worried and will demand the attention of one of the main tall defenders. Was robbed of 2 marks by the maggots.
