CHANGES: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
Nibbler is badly out of form - has slowed down and getting caught too often. I think he needs a break. Weed must go surely - again zero physicality.

Angus Brayshaw Re-Signs Until 2028
There is a bit of grandstanding in all of this methinks

Have you enjoyed season 2022?
not really. Frustration is the main emotion - glimpses of good form that are not sustained. Kozzies 6 in Alice was a real joyous event and have liked watching the progress of Jordon on the wing. Clarrie continues to amaze. Otherwise - meh.
-
Have we been worked out?
it is pretty clear - 14th for pressure acts this year vs 1st last year. Intensity has to lift. No change in game plan will make a difference unless the appetite for the contest returns.

Farewell Luke Jackson
Can't compete with Northbridge.

Have we been worked out?
absolutely correct. I felt we looked to be getting back to our Grand Final form on Saturday but a few silly mistakes cost us - and yes we have a lot more sore players than same time last year.

POSTGAME : Rd 19 vs Western Bulldogs
A lot of players are below par due to nagging injuries - Gawn, Oliver, Langdon, Lever, Rivers, Salem, Brown and probably Jackson. I think this explains our current position and I doubt it will be corrected any time soon. My expectations for the rest of the year are quite low.
-
CHANGES: Rd 20 vs Fremantle
I thought Salem lifted in the second half - will improve over time. Sparrow was great in the first half - can’t understand calls for him to be dropped. Pleased for Weed and Melksham, the loss certainly wasn’t down to them. Tomlinson and Rivers seem most vulnerable. Langdon had a down day and isn’t the same since coming back from injury.

POSTGAME : Rd 19 vs Western Bulldogs
Coulda, Shoulda, Woulda. 3 critical mistakes- May’s lazy disposal, Fritter and ANB and the Kozzie missed set shot. We let this one get away.
