I know Pederson kicked a goal, but I thought it was a lucky kick looking to bomb it forward. He always looks tired and gets to the contest late. Bail doesn't do enough. I'd bring in Clisby for Terlich if injured. Fitzpatrick for Pederson and one of Blease/Tompous and play them for 6 games and get some game time into them. Robbie was the last superstar we had. He was wiry but was brave and could do it all from the wing, taking species, kicking bags of goals. I want us 2 select Stretch as a father-son. He wants 2 play 4 us and is passionate about us just like a supporter is. He won't just b playing 4 a pay cheque.

Good strategy all round. At worse we get 2 c how it works without him on backline as well as turning him into a swingman. If he stays gr8, if he goes the opp will have 2 pay even more and we will hopefully get a reasonable pick.

I was at the game 2, I posted that his kicking let us down & intensity as well in the first half. But give him his due he played very aggressively used his speed and kicked truly. Now he has 2 do it for an entire match, not jog like he did in the first half. Watching the game live u get 2 c what happens off the ball, positioning etc...

We have no matchwinners. Jurrah was & Clarke, but alas no more.

If we were to get access to the first pick/priority pick I'd be very annoyed if we traded our chance to get Wright for a later pick and player. I still am annoyed we traded pick 2 Josh Kelly who has a lot of the qualities we need but have in short supply such as awareness, poise, elite kicking skills, time and a footy brain.

I can't believe anyone rates Nicholson's disposal skills either. Let's call a spade a spade he is very quick but is a crap kick. Funny how someone with poor foot skills can get a gig a an AFL side, if you are going to recruit players either pick guys who can kick and can read the play or TEACH them.

I am not a fan of trading a high pick for a good player and pick 12. We could have and should have picked up Kelly this year. Why give a potential champion for 2 good players. Kelly has poise and skill, no more NQR please go for quality.

Interestingly Roos reckons both Bail & Terlich have improved in an article about a mid season review. Bit of a worry in as much as he needs half a season 2 c who's up 2 the standard. I agree with your omisssions except I'd give Watts & Grimes another chance.
