Clisby going back to SA, MFC told him to. No Casey for him

So when the players were playing at Casey and MFC was getting flogged, would of it been right for the Casey players to not turn. FFS, it's a team game I am sure the Casey players on the MFC list would love to see the senior players turn up and encourage them and maybe give them a few tips durning the game. After all isn't it a team game and they are all team mates. Admittedly they were playing the end of season trip durning the VFL finals but that did not come off. If the MFC players unable to play for Casey cannot show up and support their team mates and management does nothing about well the club is $&@()&.

For those that went and saw the game today. What is your opion of the MFC and Casey players? Do they share as team mates should? Have seen most games this year and thought today was the worst I have seen for Casey players looking for Casey players. Some of them must be trying to impress recruiters from AFL clubs as a few got very goal hungry. How did Sellar get in the best? He turn over of the ball was shocking especially in the last quarter when the pressure was on.

So Toumpas, Pedersen, named as ins this week for MFC so will not qualify for finals. What's the bet the first week on the finals Magner, Gawn and Taggert will all get the call up for MFC

What's the bet Toumpas will be named for MFC this week and will be then unable to play finals for Casey. The following week MFC will name Taggert, Magner and Tynan to play and this will leave Casey short.

Ins for this week: Rodan, Nicholson, Frawley, Toumpas and Dawes. This will mean Toumpas cannot play finals for Casey. For some reason they will not pick Magner or Taggert. Both will be delisted at end of year. Then they will go to another club and play over 100 games.

Have seen him play about 10 games this year. Gets plenty of the ball especially the hard in and under balls, but disposal not great with foot. But isn't that why we have inside and outside mids ( well other clubs do). Obviously another thing that Royal is not able to work out that there should be outside players waiting for the ball to come out. It should be a basic set play where outside players run to in a stoppage. Really feel for the guy being upgraded and not getting a game but wait we will probably give Rodan another game because he looks flashy with his runs.

Not watching this weeks game, but would give Taggert a game now. Would not of played him this week against freo as sadly MFC will get smashed as Freo chase second spot. I wouldnt start him a sub not his first game give him a full taste.

Don't want Craig as the top man with Simpson to take over in a few years. Remember Craig was supposed to mentor Neeld and we all know where that finished. Would be more than happy with Simpson as an understudy, but would mind Voss in that role either.

If Watts was your son, would you want him to stay or go? I believe he could be a very good player with some good players around him. Yeah he will frustrate you when he looks like his is going half pace. But sadly will never be a Brown or Reiwoldt half forward. He could be a great player but don't know if he will be if he stays at MFC. I hope he stays.

Any idea why he is only playing one more game for Casey?

Royal, Rawlings and Mission. Royal - the rucks seem to be able to win some taps but rarely we are able to clear. If you say our mids aren't up to it it's up to Royal to develop plays we can win. He doesn't seem able to change with the times. Rawlings - we have the makings of a good back line, but do not seem to be going ahead the likes of McDonald seem to have gone backwards. Mission- don't believe our fitness level are great, heaps of soft tissue injuries

Saw the game and thought Toumpas was ok, bit like Taggert and Barry in that he had some quiet quarters, a few of his possessions were cheap ones in the back line. Didn't see any clangers,

Don't believe Blease is a team player so he won't help the side going forward. It's a team sport problem with MFC to many players play as individuals.

Thought Taggert and Barry both started the game well, but quiet in 2 nd and 3rd quarters, but both played better in the last quarter. Both used the ball well when they had it. Disappointed that Taggert again was not played on the ball. He showed 2 weeks ago when played on the ball he is a better asset to the team.
