Clinton Grybas needed to clean his pants up after that piece of commentary though.. fair dinkum!!

was a great mark but this has become standard for Fergy over his career...

how staker's mark is even in the same league as Newton's well... but no surprise really, given the number of members of the respective clubs!!

I voted for Edwards because it WAS mark of the round IMHO, voting for Fergy just makes me like the rest of the supporters from other clubs who just vote for a mark or goal because it's their team...

That explains us getting Gary Moorcroft... <_<

Nice get. Apparently Essendon have this guy called Heffernan in their seconds.................... B)

im sure if we trade him having , was a mark of the year nomination on his cv could bring his value up

You must think other Clubs are wet behind the ears.

Very good mark but hardly a standard for someone who has been continually outbodied and out marked throughout his AFL career.

How many times has he taken these types of marks palying for the Demons and Sandy?

His efforts the other evening on Cornes were not good - then again, no-one else could get near him either...

though he did quell the influence of the Hoff, who the commentators again blew their stacks over!!

who should have played on chad cornes the other evening - cameron bruce?

He has done it about three or four times over a six year career at MFC and Sandy. Hardly standard

Ferg is absolutely even recklessly courageous.

It just does not make up for his lack of ability in other areas.

And despite your best effort to put a gloss on his efforts.....you just cant.

I think Edward's mark will win it but I think Ferg deserves it for 100% bravery of his effoer.

CLEAN HANDS by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons headed into town and up Sydney Road to take on the lowly Coburg Lions who have been perennial VFL easy beats and sitting on one win for the season. Last year, Casey beat them in a practice match when resting their AFL listed players. That’s how bad they were. Nobody respected them on Saturday and clearly not the Demons who came to the game with 22 players (ten MFC), but whether they came out to play is another matter because for the most part, their intensity was lacking an

    ALAS SPRINGS by Whispering Jack

I got the word on Saturday from someone who knows someone inside the Fremantle camp that the Dockers were pumped and supremely confident about getting the W the next day against Melbourne at TIO Traeger Park in the red heart of the country. I was informed that the Dockers were extremely confident for a number of reasons. They had beaten the Demons on their home territory at the MCG at their last two meetings so they didn’t see beating them at Alice Springs as a problem. They belie

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,
