Won't be able to watch the game today due to kids basketball games (1.05pm is a rubbish timeslot)

It'll be tough again but with our ins and home ground advantage we should win

Go Dees

Heads up…

The MotoGP is on at Phillip Island today which may have an impact on traffic.

Also there’s an athletics event on next door to Casey so the car park may fill quickly.

And for us suckers who travel down by public transport, train replacement buses from Westall to Cranbourne. 😠

Thank you for the heads up Craig T. I will have to leave earlier.

I will definitely get there early although I think my face painting days are behind me 🤣. Put an extra sausage on the BBQ, I’ll be the slightly lost looking, old bloke.

No excuses tomorrow, that’s a strong side we have named. Go Dees!

Hope you really enjoy it FND.

Being in the northern Rivers NSW, we don't get to see the teams live much either.

But I did get to see them win a premiership live. That was a day I'll never forget.

I love watching this team play even more than the blokes.

There's a true demon spirit and selflessness in how they play.

Enjoy the day and hanging out with the cheer squad etc.

Love your passion and positivity @Ghostwriter you're a true believer.

The blokes will come good.

For now, we get to watch key players come back as this team hopefully roars into the finals. They've got themselves into a good spot considering the injuries we have.

The Hawks loss opens the door. Hope we grab the opportunity by the throat and punish another team.

Go Dees

A watch on the umpiring today. Swans be needing a win to have a chance of finals.

Structure not working

Swans have come to play, we need to lift. Clean up disposal and maintain possession a bit more.

What a bloody fantastic team goal. We're so good once we find space. Great lead up grab by Zanks

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Brisbane

Forget the haunting of Round 11 — we’ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10–2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbane’s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.

  • AFLW REPORT: Geelong

Melbourne wrapped up the AFLW home and away season with a hard-fought 14-point win over Geelong at Kardinia Park. The result secured second place on the ladder with a 9–3 record and a home qualifying final against the Brisbane Lions next week.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Geelong

It’s been a season of grit, growth, and glimpses of brilliance—mixed with a few tough interstate lessons. Now, with finals looming, the Dees head to Kardinia Park for one last tune-up before the real stuff begins.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
