We have been left behind by clubs like Geelong and Carlton. They've gone to Ireland and recruited players. We haven't for over 2 decades. If it's a funding issue can't they ask for donations from the Demon faithful.

If they are worthy of a list spot, then I’m all for the idea. 

They’d need to develop into a starting 18 player mefeels though, as languishing in the ressies might heighten the homesickness pull……………and we’re having enough trouble keeping our player’s out of WA let alone Ireland.
