Nah, you carry on exactly as you have been, R&B Forever. We appreciate you taking the time to update the lists, and if anyone doesn’t like aspects of it perhaps they should compile their own lists.

PS: I like the rumoured list, it’s amusing. I’m sure others do as well.

Sorry, it was only my opinion, guess I should have said anything !

All good. I felt for R&B Forever because I know only too well how much it sucks to post stuff only to have someone complain for whatever reason. Joeboy cops it too, except he has a much thicker skin than I do.

Please don’t say you shouldn’t have said anything, I’ll likely not hear the end of it.

I am keen to hear all opinions on this thread.

it is a important thing, I want to do it the best by everyone, not everyone will agree on everything, but that is ok

but PLEASE anyone, who has an Opinion, Idea, Suggestion here let me know... No worries or offense will be taken

:)

Wonder what Kingys plan is now with another wanting out.

I am positive they probably raised McVee and others in his interviews on the plan in place. They would have had a list of who had been locked in, not locked in or players they wanted to stay or not.

I am certainly a bit nervous, wondering if we go higher next year or lower and if lower, how many picks we would get.

Nothing wrong with an athletic big man

Unless he plays for Collingwood 🕶️

And as an aside, any factual updates on Judd?

Think media has released he is out of here. Unsure to his plans.

Just a suggestion but could you put RA, RB and S (Rookie A & B, Senior) next to the names under list changes. You can work it out but would make it easier.

Given we normally go 36.6 and 2 for our list. So we lose McVee which would make the list from this season 32,4,2

Which means we add 4 senior list ( say 2 in the trade period and 2 drafted) and 4 rookies.

So likely Derkson and Heath in the trade but might be others. Although you could add May to the possibles for another.

So leaves 2 for the draft.

Maybe White and Sinnema to the rookie list if they agree. Then pick 2 other A rookies.

Whilst the names might be different it seems we are pretty much limited to 2 people from the trade period and same for the draft.

SO unfortunately, Mcvee is leaving us, having formally requested a trade to Freo.

I will fully remove him once we have club confirmation,

4 main list and 2 rookies.

but maybe 6/7 main list spots is May Petracca and Woewodin go

The premiership defender has shown signs of wear and tear due to age, and his 2025 season was inconsistent, ending poorly with a suspension and a noticeable decline in performance. The Demons are eager to integrate younger players onto their list and have indicated that they may not be able to guarantee him senior games next season, in what would be the final year of his contract.

The young key tall failed to make progress during the season, with a decline in his goal kicking output. His secondary role as a backup ruckman, which may have hindered his ability to further develop his game, and he was also impacted by the team's poor forward connection. It will be interesting to observe his performance under a new coaching regime.

Salem proved to be a valuable contributor as a reliable and solid one-on-one medium-sized defender in what was undoubtedly his most impressive season since the premiership year. He remains a highly capable rebounding option for the Demons as he approaches his 200th game at the club.

  • 2025 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

Following an injury-interrupted start to the season, McVee struggled to maintain the standard he established in 2025 as he pursued an expanded role within the team structure. He remained a firm fan favourite and the club had hoped to negotiate a new contract with the former rookie selection from Western Australia, whose partner, Lily Johnson, plays for Melbourne's AFLW side. Those hopes were dashed when he expressed his desire to return to his home state and play for Fremantle. Like all players who have worn the red and blue and are leaving this year, we wish him well in the future.

  • 2025 Player Reviews: #5 Christian Petracca

The superstar Demon midfielder made a successful return to the fold after his devastating injury last year and the subsequent fallout from the treatment he received, during which time he sought to depart the club. Petracca's professionalism and strong play, both in the midfield and up forward, were outstanding and resulted in him being runner-up in the club's best and fairest count. However, early this week, the club's new CEO, Paul Guerra, confirmed that the under-contract Petracca has again requested a trade, adding that he would only be allowed to leave for a “quality offer that turns our head". No doubt some Demon heads are already spinning.
