$2? where?

that’s ridiculous

Brunswick, it's a nice cafe but woweee!

I reckon they were offended by me asking for the sauce. I ordered a Parma with chips, came with not a drop of sauce.

My mate ordered a steak sandwich with chips, he got the sauce. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

We need a Darcy Jones type up forward.

Imagine the forward half chaos and speed him and Kozzie Pickett would create.

Hogan's been super  so far.

Note the Giants rarely if ever take the mark.  98% outside five to help protect / reduce Sydney's penchant to always attempt the 45 kicks into the corridor.

As well as trying to protect againat the dinky short passes forward.

GWS happy to give Sydney lateral short kicks or switch attemps...but ALWAYS protect the middle.  Go wide if you like.. we're happy with that!

A lot of complaints about letting Harmes and Jordon go, but both have done absolutely nothing in the finals they've played.

Don't care about a tagging role for Jordon, 5 touches and 1 tackle is [censored].

Jordon is currently tagging Whitfield and is doing an okay job.

Harness had one touch for the whole 2nd half last night. He looks completely cooked and it showed.

Let's talk footy with this one..

Briggs has had the better of him and his physicality has been a bit too much for Grundy.

Grundy needs to lift this second half because he's been pretty poor so far.

Grundy has always had questionable hardness. It’s why he’s never been as good as Gawn. Ever.
He’s a nice player but he isn’t strong enough and he doesn’t make up for it with his overhead marking.
Gawn is about the only ruckman in the AFL who is genuinely influential around the ground, Xerri is quite good too (I’m talking first ruck not your pinch hit ruckmen). Jackson has it in him, but hasn’t quite hit the mark yet.

Grundy is a lovely guy and a good player, but anyone who said he would help the Swans win a flag is kidding themselves. The Swans midfield is sensational. If they win the flag it’ll be them who make it happen, not Grundy.

He's not alone.  Heeney's also a serial offender.

The Giants also have there's in Toby G

True. And i'm a big fan of Toby Greene

but papley rubs it in. the way he celebrated and carried on after conned the ump for the first free and goal was very distasteful for me.

HARVEY WALLBANGER'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Absent: Salem, Windsor (word is a foot rash going around), Viney, Bowey and Kentfield Train ons: Roy George, no Culley today. MATCH SIM: Friday 7th February 2025

Demonland Trackwatcher Gator ventured down the freeway to bring you his observations from Friday morning's Match Simulation out at Casey Fields. Demonland Trackwatchers were out in force as the Demons returned to Gosch's Paddock for preseason training on Wednesday morning. GHOSTWRITER'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Kozzie a no show. Tommy Sparrow was here last week in civvies and wearing sunnies. He didn’t train. Today he’s training but he’s wearing goggles so he’s likely got an eye injury. There’s a drill where Selwyn literally lies on top of Tracc, a trainer dribbles the ball towards them and Tracc has to g

THAT WAS THE YEAR THAT WAS: 2024

Whichever way you look at it, the Melbourne Football Club’s 2024 season can only be characterized as the year of its fall from grace. Whispering Jack looks back at the season from hell that was. After its 2021 benchmark premiership triumph, the men’s team still managed top four finishes in the next two seasons but straight sets finals losses consigned them to sixth place in both years. The big fall came in 2024 with a collapse into the bottom six and a 14th placing. At Casey, the 2022 VFL p
