[censored] then, no mercy. I still remember getting flogged during the early 90s by WCE. Time for revenge.

Don’t know why that was censored. Didn’t realise ‘stuff’ was a swear word. 😂

Still no thread on their Flying High website.  WCE fan disinterest meter rising?

A few more gems from Bigfooty:

  • lol Melbourne had a genuine chance to rest some sore players but will fly the whole team out...
    • ... As if they won’t be getting a rest on Sunday
    • ... Running scared they are.  Worried about our 'keeping it close to the chest' surprise selection policy they are.  Think we might beat them they do.
  • At least we'll keep the time honoured tradition alive of getting pumped on a players milestone game.
  • Genuinely surprised they intend to risk Gawn against us. They rate Jamo highly I see.
  • Unfortunately we have been spoiled as supporters of west coast. Other teams have been down for decades and when we are down for a few years we are up in arms.  It says a lot about us as supporters and a lot of us are fair weather in our attitude.

Even their threads are unravelling. What a basket case of an outfit.

Eagles Flying High looks like a zombie forum, a bit like demonology with only a handful of posters and on life support.

However, they are kind enough to have a complete list of links to nearly all the non-bigfooty fan forums.

Checked the Eagles Flying High site look for their game thread.

Historically the site has had very little activity but didn't expect this:

It could be temporary but with only 27,000+ fans at the game, many of whom were dees fans, the eagles fans seem to have closed up shop.

Like their team, no grit and fair weather sailors!

Was genuinely happy to hear such a strong amount of support for Melbourne yesterday.
Eagles fans have even lost the will to boo.

I would be thrilled to smash West Coast and would feel not a shred of pity for them.
North on the other hand..

Norf on the other hand have only themselves to blame for inept list management. My hate list has Jeelong on top closely followed by Essendon then West Coast.

That's just an error code saying their server is full and there's no space left.

Thanks.  I thought it could be temporary.

Still, its a good metaphor for where the club and its fans are at🙃.

It might be permanent if they haven't got the skill to clear out the server or the money to buy more space. 😄

  • REPORT: North Melbourne

I suppose that I should apologise for the title of this piece, but the temptation to go with it was far too great. The memory of how North Melbourne tore Melbourne apart at the seams earlier in the season and the way in which it set the scene for the club’s demise so early in the piece has been weighing heavily upon all of us. This game was a must-win from the club’s perspective, and the team’s response was overwhelming. The 36 point win over Alastair Clarkson’s Kangaroos at the MCG on Sunday was indeed — roovenge of the highest order!

  • CASEY: Werribee

The Casey Demons remain in contention for a VFL finals berth following a comprehensive 76-point victory over the Werribee Tigers at Whitten Oval last night. The caveat to the performance is that the once mighty Tigers have been raided of many key players and are now a shadow of the premiership-winning team from last season. The team suffered a blow before the game when veteran Tom McDonald was withdrawn for senior duty to cover for Steven May who is ill.  However, after conceding the first goal of the game, Casey was dominant from ten minutes in until the very end and despite some early errors and inaccuracy, they managed to warm to the task of dismantling the Tigers with precision, particularly after half time when the nominally home side provided them with minimal resistance.
