Really like the Giants jumper.

In fact it's the best away jumper in the league.

Absolutely awesome.

Would love something like this.

Does look good. I never understood why they didn't go with charcoal on the back of their home jumper to begin with.

Tongue in cheek, yeah?

Because it's basically our jumper.

Even Hawthorn's current away/clash jumper is too close to the geometric design of our jumper for my liking.

I get that we have a great design and others would want to emulate it, but Hawthorn is a stretch too far for me.  Don't want to be associated with those [email protected].

Are we talking about the all charcoal version they came out in yesterday? I thought that made them look more threatening and gave them a look like molten rock: smoldering and ready to burn anything that touched them. ?

I jumped on this thread expecting everyone to be bagging the Giants strip but for once some love for an away guernsey. I really liked it. I think wearing black gives a team a more imposing, threatening look. Think the all-blacks rugby team. Real Madrid and Juventus have black away strips as well which look great.

I thought the thread might be about Essendon (once again!).  How did they possibly get away with their regular outfit against Brisbane?  Admittedly, my eyes aint what they used to be.  But, fair dinkum, if ever there was a case for the away team to wear something LIGHT, it was that game last night!!  Just aint right how that mob continue to do as they please..!!

adelaides is hot, the white one with the tricolour through the chest and the crow silhouette

also the brisbane heritage clash with the white and the maroon v with the old lion and sydneys SM away jumper are spectacular too

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
