WERRIDEE 5,638 Posted February 14, 2021 Posted February 14, 2021 I'll give it a shot B: COLVIN, BIRCH HB: D.PEARCE, DOWNIE, GOLDRICK C: HEATH, HANKS, GAY HF: BANNAN, SCOTT, HORE F: ZANKAR, CUNNINGHAM FOLL: L.PEARCE, PAXMAN, MITHEN IC: PARRY, MCNAMARA, LAMPARD, SHERRIFF Emonson replaces Downie other than that I think we have our strongest side. 2 Quote
FarNorthernD 5,863 Posted February 14, 2021 Posted February 14, 2021 Agree with your side Werridee Perhaps Sloane the other one who could come in when fully fit but having been injured for so long it is hard to know how good or otherwise she is. We also seem to lack small forwards; Zanker, Parry, Scott, Cunningham are all marking forwards and you could chuck Hore onto that list as well. 2 Quote

She's been brilliant down back so not suggesting we do this but i reckon Goldrick could do a job forward. Tough and tenacious she would give the opposition defenders a torrid time i reckon. Quote

I forgot that there are 5 on the bench so you can put Petrevski as the extra small forward but she's injured so McEvoy replaces her. Quote
dl4e 5,851 Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 I would have Gay in the guts and Mithen to the wing. Quote

I reckon she should have the smarts to read the play and position herself well, as she played as a Setter for the National Volleyball team. Hopefully had some good tips from her brother too. Quote
