The Spitfire was an English war plane.  The Zero was Japanese.

Not so wobbly after all. I'm learning some military history in this thread!

A la Frawley etc, he has been played out of position for a reason, he’s been upfront to the club and the club then move him out of a role that he would typically play so the other players can learn without him... fairly straight forward practice

Conceivable, but I don't buy it. Goodwin has a track record of playing players out of position. This is more likely IMV, but we shall see.

For some reason mentioning Frawley here sparked some interest about his contract status.

This may get shot down in flames but would we consider him back if the Hawks delist? Other than Burgoyne I’m guessing they’re going to be looking to get rid of a few older lads this offseason.

He’s still playing decent football as a lockdown defender and frees May and especially Lever up to be more attacking. Plus provides insurance as of May goes down then god help us.

Will be a lot more supported now with some good kicking around him.

Dont hate me, just a thought and upgrade on Oscar - if only for 12 months

It's not a bad idea to be honest, but I think we'd want to look at someone a bit younger. May is 28 and won't be around forever. I'd be looking at getting another KPD (in the 23-25 age bracket) to learn alongside May and partner Lever when May retires.

Some strange ones in there

Also, I hate this website design passionately. Why must we click through 10 separate pages to get the full story?

Were you referring to those deciding to remain on board
or those queueing for the Sunshine Coast post-hub club departure lounge?
Speculation is rife here in Demonland, Jack Viney RFA,
Preussy wanting the the first ruck gig,
McDonald's Farm fire sale,
Please reveal riddle solution.
Meanwhile to the refrain of Percy Sledge...
I want to leave you, don't want to stay here
Don't want to spend another day here,
oh Though I want to split now, I can't quit now
